22mio its tooooo much......the real price its 15mio
This property was 17million baht. Now its went up to 22.6m. Every month the price goes up

I thought foreigners couldn't own villas? Is this marketed at Thai ownership?
That is right, a foreigner is not allowed to have a land or house. Still there are very large percentages of foreigners purchasing land or houses in Thailand however this could be done only through a Thai company or leasehold. Thailand has become a very popular place where foreigners come to retire in their homes or families having a holiday house or for those who work and live here full time. Although it's nice I cringe at all the glass that has to be cleaned. The same those massive mirrors, it's a cheap parlor trick to put that large mirrors everywhere.

What a joke this price especially for the size.. 28M THB ? Really overpriced.. Dont feel this "most luxurious" also..
We are sorry that this property doesn't satisfy you, anyway you need to keep in mind that this is a newly built with high-end materials and also the location is really good. We have other properties with different budgets.
The house was for sale at 17m baht. Why these people are saying so high is because they want to take their big slice..
You can build this property without the land for 5 mil baht. Blatant price gauging

That piece of land was was cut up for 3 million baht which means the property is an 8 million baht property. Good luck trying to sell it for 3 times the real price
I am not into real estate at all. I am just a video maker! nobody is forcing anyone to buy it. It's a free market and 70% of all the houses built are already being sold.
