Wesley is young so will be up and down for a while. The fee and the lack of competition in his place isn't his fault but 4 goals in 8 premier league games as a start for him in a new league and a massive step up in the level in league isn't bad at all if you ask me to be honest. Arsenal spent 70 million on Pepe and he has 1 goal to his name in the league as of today and Kean at Everton hasn't a goal to his name.

GREAT VIDEO GUYS AS ALWAYS- Brilliant result for the Villa boys . That's the kind of results that will give us confidence for the rest of the season. However, I watch a video blog from a Norwich supporter that Aston Villa deserved to win and that Villa has some very good players. But he did point out that the Norwich defence was not good enough due to injuries with having to field a 19,20,21 year olds with two of them there first time playing in the first team . But as the saying goes you can only defeat who is playing against you in a Match . Wesley scoring two goals and Grealish scoring will give them confidence for the rest of the season. Hourihane should start every game .Nakamba very good player . SJM played well had a solid game but was slightly less involved than usual probably due to the fact he is to fly out to Russia on Monday morning with the Scotland squad , I'd rather McGinn wasn't in the Scotland squad as we cant qualify from the group stage only the play-offs in March . I pray McGinn does not get injured against Russia . [ HIBS and VILLA FAN ] Score prediction VILLA 4 BRIGHTON 1 [ McGinn, Wesley, el Ghazi , Grealish] VILLA FINISH 12th place this season UP THE VILLA.

Team is so much better with Houriane and Targett in it, just like in preseason! Targett is the biggest difference for me gives us so much more down that flank which allows ElGhazi and Grealish to cause havoc which opens the middle of the park up for McGinn and Houriane. Love it UTV❤️
Martin Gilmore the key behind being able to use Connor and targett is nakamba - he enables the whole team to play 30 yards further up the pitch. Ultimate unsung hero

The sign of a good manager is an ability to accomodate players into a system that gets the best out each individual. Ie, moving Jack closer to big Wes, finding a place in middle for Connor and. Realising Nakamba is better than Douglas in the hold. The only downside is Mcginn doesn't have the same freedom to burst into box without 2 wide men of trez and jota. Also Taylor tho ok was our weak link at back look much better with target in side. Keep the faith, UTV

What a day what a game! Didn't think we'd come away with 5 goals and 3 points, to be honest I don't think any villa fan would, I thought some of the first half performance was a bit sloppy, defence was a bit worrying for villa at times but second half we pretty much creamed Norwich and that was the villa I like to see especially for the Duke and duchess of Cambridge with the kids 😃 UTV 💜💙💜💙
