Been out at sea going on 26 years and find your work fascinating. Thank you for your hard work. Didn't realize this was out 9 months ago, sry about that.
This is very close to where the larger cruise ship was self moored during the summer of 2022. Is it possible the anomaly was created by the massive side thruster it used to turn itself around, or to hold itself steady? It was in place for quite a while. I was there by boat and the wake and current it was creating on the N side was downright scary, and reminded me of whitewater rafting in my 17’ boat. See ya there this summer. I can hardly wait to check it out. Bring a fish rod with a lot of line and maybe pull up some old mining tools from a failed stope or adit ceiling???
Fantastic Vid! Thank you! A couple of smaller tow barges also that are nav hazards heading to the N Entry from Houghton. 1 in Oskar Bay (partially above water), and 1 on the Portage Canal west shore, almost across from the mouth of the Boston Creek (fully submerged, but shallow enough to tear your engine off, and currently unmarked). But as you said, there are LOTS of wrecks in the waterway.
Very interesting. I wonder if the underwater trestle you located was a part of the winter ice harvesting business that my grandfather had described to me as being in that part of the lake.
That was very interesting. Thanks for sharing all your hard dedicated work I have a historical boat tour business in Houghton. I'd like to offer you a tour and chat history when you come up if you'd like. Copper country boat tours
I wasn’t able to get in to the live. I’m so glad you put this up here! I’ll be up there diving in August, and I’m really looking forward to it.

Interesting video, thanks. Any further info on the deep hole you scanned?
Not yet....plan to scan again in the spring.

Thanks....the trestle was associate with the coal docks.
Do you happen to have the numbers for the Ed Gallagher, the Samoa and the B.W. Arnold (although she is unrelated to the Keweenaw)?
That was very interesting. Thanks for sharing all your hard dedicated work
