Seeing you all so gloriously happy and at peace when you spend time where there’s water involved ie swimming pool and the sea. Yeah Philippines is more laidback especially when you are in the province lol. That is why I have to visit some beach or nature from time to time to reconnect. As for your depression, this will help: 1. Accept the past, let it go. 2. Do not worry on the future. Instead create in your imagination what you want to happen in the future that makes you happy. 3. Enjoy the present moment.
Im not a doctor or psychiatrist.. but i think Philippines is an ideal place for people who have mental or stress issues. Why? Because of the weather..warm weather is way way better than cold and depressing climate. The people are very sociable, friendly and always smiling. The food is very diverse and So much beautiful nature to see and activities to do. Thats why the motto is ..Its more fun in the Philippines.
Its ok .. it is better to learn things step by step.. for you to enjoy and realize things better.. just enjoy.. keep and stay safe.. god bless you and fambam.. 😊
