this is so frustrating! every single time I get my symptoms managed with meds and procedures my body decides to fall apart all over again and j have to find new meds/doses. it's an exhausting cycle. hope things are a little better now ❤
Take care girl and don’t wait to go back to thr ER if you start having pain. I’m waiting to see a surgeon regarding my back 😩. Best of luck and may God Bless you
Um, perhaps we are talking about different things, but you can get financial aid for grad school. It is student loans, so perhaps that is what you are referring to? I just graduated in May and all of my school, plus a stipend to live on was through financial aid. I am currently working on a grad certificate and somehow ended up having to take a very fast paced computer coding class. I totally feel S's pain. How well do you do after ER visits with your reactions to cleaners? I just had to go on Wednesday and the cleaners and disinfectants really got me. I have MCS, and probably some mast cell issue as well.
Yes, loans were the only financial aid available (which is basically like having nothing because I am not going the loan route). Unfortunately, they don't offer the grants and such that I don't have to pay back like for undergrad. :( The cleaners can be tough, especially in the ER. Before taking me back to a room, they allow it to air out for a bit if they just cleaned. I wear a mask at all times. I also ensure the door to my room remains shut. Many nurses prefer to leave the doors open, but I do not let them. For me, the biggest trigger are the hospital staff's perfumes, lotions, and laundry detergent/fabric softeners. I am sorry you had a poor experience with reacting at the ER! I hope all is well now.
I had a midgut volvulus and lost most of my small intestine. I’ll be praying that your bowel unrotates (is that even a word?) and you don’t need another surgery. My volvulus caused horrific pain. I waited too long before going to the ER. Thought I had food poisoning. Tell Silvino hello from Nancy at the golf course!
That was exactly how I lost my colon. I had a volvulus in my transverse colon. I waited too long to go to the hospital. Ended up losing the bowel. Had I went to the ER sooner, they could have just untwisted that one portion. Silvino says hello! We both hope you are well.
Suggestion, meet a nutrition expert and ask for a second opinion, or other options like Chinese tradition medicine service, my late old age cousins had a digestive problem, she took some kind of pellets Chinese medicine, somehow it worked.
Hugs Cheyenne, feel better and I pray it miraculously goes away too.
Thank you!
It was great to see you and Silvino doing something fun. Sending you prayers and hugs.
Hugs! Thank you!

WAS this from HaT?
I don't have HaT.
Did you get the kittens?
No, unfortunately - hahaha! They were so cute!
How’s you feeling
Did you get marrued?
Yes
I thought he graduated school already
I think Silvino got a basic nursing degree and is now working on something higher
He did. He is now an RN pursuing his BSN.
