Thanks for the great instructions, I was able to do a plug and coil pack job on a w169 a160 based on this and your other video. However, for this engine it was easy enough to change the plugs, coil packs and cables even without removing complete manifold. I just removed until throttle body and the following manifold bracket, and after that it was still doable. I think removing manifold and fuel rail would have been too much trouble compared to the benefits. But thanks again for the great videos!
Great video. I am planning to swap the timing chain and it is very helpful (the previous months, i removed and cleaned the throttle body and changed the ignition coils but i havent removed the intake and your video makes it much easier. Many thanks)
I started this job without half the info, only got past throttle body and told my mate, this is too big a job to do in a couple of hours, leave it until weekend, he crashed it next morning, thankyou god.
Did you get the starter out like that? I have to do it on my b200 136hp too. Did you have to remove more or was it enough to get to the starter like in the video here?
Why did you change it? What were the symptoms? I hear a rattling noise at around 3k rpm and it changes when I push the manifold. I wonder, is this the intake manifold gaskets?
Hi ! The EVAP selenoid will allow the vaccum from the intake manifold to basically suck the fuel vapors accumulated in the EVAP canister . In that way the gasoline vapors will not be wasted and it will not be released in the atmosphere
@@doit_vehicles Dear Doit_vehicles! I got a tick-tick noise from that place, i read some information about that EVAP solenoid can do that if its wear out. What do you think? Did u heard something like that?
I have to reseal my head cover because leaking, have you ever seen or done that work, because there isn't and you must use silicone. Thanks in advance. B200 136 hp 190.000 KM
I have a problem. I think that the engine have a vacum lose. When I release the throttle, it cost a lot to down the rpm and in the midle stops and goes down. Anyone knows how to fix it?

That's crazy how much of work.
How much tightening torque for the intake manifold is it 20Nm ??
Excellent video, but what a complicated job - thanks you.
You're welcome
Thank you for posting this video. Huge help for me to get to the starter. Good video.
Excellent video. I will watch it again when i need to do my spark plugs. My 2005 A200 has 145k on the clock and i will have it for a while longer.
That's cool !
Thank you...from Indonesia🇮🇩
Hallo pak Agus. Itu daftar kuncinya apa aja ya pak.
do you have a part number for the tiny round gasket on the manifold?
I started this job without half the info, only got past throttle body and told my mate, this is too big a job to do in a couple of hours, leave it until weekend, he crashed it next morning, thankyou god.
This is a complete school❤️ Congrats for amazing video
Brilliant work!!
Great video, just to let you know on my 2007 a150 it's T40 for coil pack not t30 as in this video. Thanks for great help.
fabulous man. thank you
Thank you very nice! I need to replace my starter fk..
in -5°C this helped me alot to repair stupid starter, made klick but no start

Thank you so so much. Great video which will help me for sure! :)
Awesome !

Good work, thank you. We can appreciate a video about alternator belt.
Great video!!! 👍📸📸
Grandioso!
Mille grazie 🙏😍
hello dear I ask you for information. what is the EVAP solenoid at minute 3.40 ? what's the use? thank you very much for all your tutors

I was thinking of changing the spark plugs myself but it's too much work for me, maybe in the future
Maybe ..
😂me too
I changed the spark plugs without removing anything.
@@saho9029how? I've heard it's easier to do it from the bottom but I have to change the coil pack so found this video very helpful

Can you do a video where you show where is the blow off valve of the Mercedes a class w169? And where are all the connectors of it please
this car does not have a turbo
@@doit_vehicles oh okay sadly, because mine it has and I’m struggling, thanks for your response

Hello Sir! Needed to know if the manifold body gets hot while driving due to the recirculation of the gases caming from tho engine. thanks in advance!
Yes it will get hot also from the engine
doit_vehicles but Sir my car b class b170 hardly gets hot, I could say it stays cool, what does that mean?
I mean the intake manifold hardly gets warm
Also, while driving there is to much noise for the 👂 to hear.
@@jetonnuholli2901 is it a diesel ? You mean the collant temperature stays cold ?
I have a b200 136 PS is this same work?
I Must change my starter.
if it's the same engine , yes
Did you have to drain the coolant?
I saw a video for a w168 there the hose for coolant had to come out and the coolant out.
Thanks

The engineers who designed this engine needs to have there hands removed for fear they ever make anything like this again
Cant lie mate video was crap you disconnected far more than you needed to and missed out half the bolts that hold the inlet on
