I am 58 years old, with 4 adult children. While I am happy with where I’m at in life, I wish I knew then what you’re teaching now. Will be sharing this with my children, hoping they capitalize on utilizing this knowledge! Thank you!
We can point you in the right direction. Just email Shawna@chrisnaugle.com and in memo just type interested in TRUSTS she will send you the contact for Corp. Capital who we use.
You can get in touch with an Estate Planning Attorney, licensed in your State to have a Trust, along with supporting documents drafted for you. The Attorney will discuss the importance of funding your Trust appropriately, most will assist by drafting letters to each of the financial institutions where you have accounts and/or life insurance policies, ensuring they are either titled in the name of the Trust, or name your Trust as Beneficiary (Dispositive directions are outlined in your Trust), adding additional protection of your assets and mitigating liability to creditors.
I am very much interested in learning about your wisdom. The situation is not conducive for me to join you at this time. I’m tired of everybody asking for my phone number and email. It’s really becoming too much too much information too much vying for attention and so I think it’s time for me to step back and really consider who I’m giving my information to not that your problem or anything but just to be careful. I’ve put in my email address and my phone number name everything already and get it asked me for it one more time and that just really bugs me.
