@@RonJacksonToahani Are you familiar with the Seed Dawes Roll? Historically speaking, the colonizers had ways to take things that didn't belong to them by force. I'm sure you're aware that they were by no means peaceful towards Natives. This was one way to undermine Natives through "legal" means by allowing white colonizers to get land that was already inhabited by simply being white. So a lot of thought to be natives are just legal land grabbers with help from the gov.
