23:23 CN players in arknights did get the feature that lets them to auto the base (sadly not yet out on global). so hopefully they do add it to Endfield. Other thing with games with this sort of basebuilding is that they usually have blueprint systems that let you just straight up download and very easily copy builds that other people made. I do hope they do add something similar in Endfield.
I did say in CN. Global version was released 6months later so we have to wait around same amount of time for the same stuff that people in CN have.@@dorothelazyone9922
Notes from things mentioned: Since Enfield is set a few centuries in the future of Arknights, the girl that looks like Ch'en is (from information of the past alpha) a descendant from Ch'en (and her is also named Ch'en but with a second name) but is it is different for characters like Angelina who was apparently a clone from the original Angelina (i am assuming that Surtr and Aurora are similar cases, the three have new code names tho) The red and yellow pull currency looks like the same as in base Arknights (red = orundum, yellow = Originate prime) which are the normal pull currency, and the yellow currency can be for pulls, but, it is mostly just for buying skins for characters In base Arknights there is no technical element dmg in comparison to Enfield, there are normal physical dmg, Arts dmg which you can say it is magic/special dmg, and true dmg which is just dmg that ignores def and resistance, the elemental dmg is more like effects that end up becoming like some sort of passive dmg like burn and necrosis Most of what was shown of ziplines, pipes, energy towers, turrets and the patrs of the ground bases are build by yourself, in the alpha building them were extremely fast to just make them to the point of making endgame mats, which i personally hope it takes longer now
I hope we get to build devices instad of deploying operators in stages only. We have it in RA but its limited in that mode only I wanted to do that on main storyline or events stages more, dossoles no operator clear is the best fun I ever had. Copium base update mean we get to do this in the future
- Arknight Endfield = Chen Qianyu. Date of birth August 18th. Dark brown hair. Brown eyes. - OG Arknight = Ch'en (Ch'en Hui-chieh). Date of birth July 7th. Dark blue hair. Red eyes.
In Arknight, 4* utilities always way more better than most 5*, not to compare the stats of operators, but 4* way more easier build, less source used and still have impact in gameplay. Like wolfgard, i notice he may use his enhanced attack after his ult and chen ult, so maybe he is a combat support game want to give us and slightly lower the burden of building team.
just so you know.... in case you didn't know... the green/yellow haired looking person in the lvl 60 party that you thought was a girl is actually in reality a young boy that is an Anasa (not a dragon) just saying... info on the Anasa (race): "Anasa have the traits of demigods in Hindu-Buddhist mythology which include asuras, rakshasas, and yakshas. Physically, Anasa have horns and tails similar to the Sarkaz as well as a dark halo behind their heads, somewhat similar to a fallen Sankta."
I think if you don't like building and the more complex parts of the game you probably won't like the game since in a recent interview they said its about half the game so its not some thing you can really just do and forget about, I mean they did say factory and base defense systems will be central.
Honestly the combat they showed in this as well as the snippet in the beta trailer was enough to satisfied my want for knowing how it plays. The base building and management is very much what I'm looking forward to because its very different from other gachas and means that everyone's base will all be slightly different and in their own style. Also in the regular Arknights game, the base management is pretty quick, like maybe a minute to move everyone to the dorms and set up new people in their place through the HUD that's provided.
I think maybe they will give you something like complete blue print to help some people build things easier idk they should do that but I actually love these stuff (if there's workshop system where you can dowload people's builds that would be next level)
By the way the dragon girl is named chen and shes arknights chens descendent. Although i dont think we know in what way and i think shes only a 4* because we probably get a copy in story with her seemingly part of the start of the game in earlier stuff.
@@beefystu559 Well, it's what it is I guess. Maybe it just irked me early on how she kept comparing her to ch'en when they looked nothing alike in terms of hair, face, color, drip, height, personality. With that out of the way, I still enjoyed how she tried to bridge the UI of arknights(OG game) to Endfields UI. Much love✌ Edit: I hate my auto-correct.
We don know rarities of the characters tbh. So far only Endministrator was a 6 *. It may be something like in BA, 4* and 5* that can be farmed to 6*. Or just Endministrator is a 6*
Gonna be upfront, as I think it's really important to have your expectations in check. If you don't like factorio/satisfactory etc. there's a high chance you won't like this game, combat seems very de-emphasised and that's fine, there's like 50 combat oriented gachas. When Endfield was first announced I was hoping for a souls-like experience (as i've wanted from any gacha, closest we have is Zenless and that's massive cope), but I am very cool with it being like this, and changed my expectations. Anything but a lacklustre combat system like every PC ported gacha minus Zenless has lol. Also bit confused about what you've heard about AK - Base now takes half a min per day max, hardly call it a farm fest. TD and difficulty are first and foremost what they go for.
Wuwa is unreal engine? No wonder it runs so bad for how it looks, dang. Also ngl arknights art direction blows literally every gacha minus maybe limbus company out of the water and it’s not even close. They have so much world building and culture to draw from.
But this is a factory sim game tho. The idea is you build this huge factory so that you don't have to farm, the factory will produce everything for you. That's the core value of automation (factory) game genre. You let the factory do the work.
I love how the other characters are actually doing tasks in the base. Its not just UI thing.

Does this exist in ak? Last Ike I played it we just had to look for a yt guide

@@dorothelazyone9922 AK is a tower-defense game, why would it need a blueprint system?
1:50 it’s unity engine

Angelina there is named Gilberta.
Aurora there is named Snowshine.
Ch'en there is name Chen Qianyu.
Surtr and Warfarin are Sarkaz so they can probably live a few centuries

Ah yes, any female of the Lung race = Ch'en.
I Guess Talulah is also Ch'en.
It's Artorius for Talulah. Got that Draco family name I guess

Fun fact its a lot easier in arknights to do the base. But itll be EVEN EASIER in the future.
lets go factorio gacha!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes!
This game is made with modified UNITY
True, if this default unity engineer with our a modified I don't believe it😅

This to me just looks like massive farming fest, the exact issue with the current Arknights :o
