I don’t get a thing… if goods are tangible objects, and resources are goods used to produce other goods, how can be labor a tangible thing?

The resources are not considered goods, they are just finite factors which help us manufacture goods.
Even if you want to analyze from that perspective, we can interpret that labor will be a service.
