I am not sure but I think you are referring to the song "Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance. And yes, songs of OOR started from their album JinseiXBoku way back 2013 are already sounds so westernized. Well, it is not surprising since bands that influence them are mostly american bands esp. Linkin Park. It will only be a wishful thinking of OOR and LP collab. How I wish it happens. Anyway, ONE OK ROCK is very well known for their live performances. They are a great live performers that they can sell stadiums, domes and arenas. So, I highly recommend to check out their live performances if you are willing to do so. I recommend ENDING STORY live, CRY OUT live in Tokyo Dome or the live performance of these song CLOCK STRIKES in their 35xxxv tour in Saitama Super Arena. Their music extends through multiple genres and lyrics usually have a good positive message. Some suggestions for rock songs are Cry Out, Clock Strikes, Renegades, & Mighty Long Fall. Some ballads are Wherever You Are, Good Goodbye, Wasted Nights, & In the Stars. You’ve just scratched the surface.. I hope you decide to enjoy more of their music. 🎶🎶
its reminds me 2000s rock like hoobastank,hinder,three doors down,linkin park etc.Recently I heard a song called "hybrid theory Tanhayee". They also remind of that time. However, in a really new way that i can't explain. Its very nostalgic to me, so I again started to listen to that kind of music. Thanks Nani brothers for letting me know about another such band who does this type of type of music. Their lives are the best because they give 120 percent when they perform. When they do this song in their lives Taka does a long tone that can go as long as 30 seconds. He has an awesome voice. The band loved western bands from when they started in 2005 like Linkin Park and Good Charlotte so their music is not like J Pop. They thought of themselves as more of an emo band but they can do any kind of genre. Taka's voice is unreal. If you listen to his cover of Adele's Hello you hear how great a voice he really has.

As a band, they pull off so many different styles and though I am an OG fan, I still really enjoy all of their new stuff. Please do check out their live performances though, they are insane. Definitely recommend their Yokohama stadium performances. :)
