In a way, didn't Lance bring the team together? Like, he dragged Hunk and Pidge out to investiagte, then refused to leave even after Keith told him to. He was Blue's paladin, and he brought them to the castle, with the help of Blue, saying that she was speaking to him. Lance is the on that brought them all together if you asked me.
