I made this recipe and I layered some garlic butter then chilli sauce and tomato sauce after that potato stuffing and cheese then shallow fry with garlic butter It turned out soooo yummy. Thanks it's too easy and tasy

Tip: Everything taste much better with lots of mozzarella and spicy tasty sauce. 😋

Recipe
Filing first
Fry Red chillies, onions
Boiled potato
Mash it all and add salt
Now make rotis the normal way
Paste sauce (she has used red chilli sauce here instead) on the roti
Add mozzarella cheese on one side along with filling on top of it.
Fold it in half
Now for frying
Put oil in a flat pan with medium heat and use a ladle to flip it until it is hard and crisp
Cut it in half
Done
