It is same for permanent injunction i.e. 130/- and same for mandatory injunction i.e. 130/-. I stand corrected... But yes I will explain in upcoming videos why suit for permanent injunction and mandatory injunction are valued at 130/-. Thanks

Usually the court fee has to be paid at once but you can still try to seek permission of the Court by moving an appropriate application under CPC
