Oh wow Morgan! The Retro Glam pallet looks so beautiful With your eye color! As soon as the video started I knew it was the retro glam palette, its just so soft and feminine but also very original. I did notice on my own about the smaller palette not matching up with big one too. I first caught a glimpse of the palette when you posted your video about it and i knew I had to have it. I was actually in awe. Thats the first time that happened for me where I really liked every shade in the palette. So I put it on my Christmas list. Along with the Norvina Volume 5 lilac Pallette! And that was the only other palette where i had actually liked every colour as well. I seen you liked that one very much too. Other than those I too go for the more “boring colours “ (neutrals) lol . Im a new subscriber and I am really enjoying your videos, keep up the great work !

I love handbags! I bought my first luxury handbag this year. I’ve been buying contemporary handbags for 20 years. Never thought about luxury handbags until now in my 40s. But I only want to own a few. Even though one is really more than enough for me! I’m afraid of the risk of owning a lot of luxury. But it is my way of treating myself. It’s my 20 year gift to me for my work anniversary. Looking forward to seeing your next luxury purchase Morgan!❤

Yes, these bags are pretty. But I've come to realize as I've gotten older the chase for designer handbags is for the most part purely a status thing, not so much of getting a bag just because you like it. The bags like YSL and Chanel..are so ridiculously expensive I just look at the price tag and can't help but laugh. It's thousands on a purse that you have to constantly worry about getting torn, getting dirty, getting stolen. There's plenty of beautiful purses at a modest price that look cute. You can do what you like, I'm not here to put down people that are luxury handbag enthusiasts..its just something I don't understand. You're buying a name, for thousands more than a regular purse. You're better off investing that money and/or saving it.
Even better. Turn your hard earned debt notes into real money like gold and silver.
Getting a couple is fine and a treat but a whole collection is just odd. Especially just to baby them instead of loving/enjoying them
Never got on board with the designer bag trend and I'm so glad that it just isn't something that attracts me at all. I buy my bags at places like TJ Maxx and I keep them literally forever.
A lot of bags increase in value with time like the Kelly’s, Birkins, or some Chanel’s. You just need to be careful which one you buy and the type of leather chosen. Also, most of the times(99%) the maison will repair it or replace it in case the bag is damaged. And last thing usually these type of manufacturers don’t exploit or overwork they’re employees or create masses of trash :)

Hi Morgan! Have you ever considered a Gucci Marmont or Disco bag in white leather? They have gold chain accents and are affordable (under $1.5K). They can be worn casual and dressy! Gucci leather is always so 🤤
I have a wish list too!!! Lady Dior and the Loewe puzzle bag and the Flamenco bag. And of course my dream bag is the Chanel 19 with mixed hardware in the baby pink. To name a few.

I have the Givenchy mini antigona for everyday. Then I bought the YSL medium Kate in white and gold and the YSL wallet on chain in black and silver for special occasions. I love them all so much! At this point I think these three bags cover all my needs. I’ve been eyeing the YSL sac de jour and the Celine luggage handbag but at this point I think those purchases are not in the near future. Always fun to have a wishlist though!

I actually have the original Prada nylon hobo in cherry red from back in the early 2000’s! I did love it & use it to death. I think it’s funny that it’s back in fashion.
I also have the LV speedy 30 in both the original leather & in blue. Love those too & they hold sooo much crap!
This year, my splurge was my first Chanel. I got the boy bag in navy blue with gray metal. I love it & wear it as much as I can.
For Thanksgiving, my mom surprised me with the YSL envelope in black for my advanced Christmas/Birthday present lol. I already have 2 smaller YSL evening bags but I’m happy to have a slightly bigger size that transforms as a crossbody & shoulder bag.
My dream is to have a Chanel 2:55 ❤. I am thinking about a Speedy from LV, but I think I would go for a 30 (I am taller). The favorite of the bags I have is my beloved LV Noé. I looooooove handbags 👜
I don’t have any but Pólene has very cute, trendy looking leather bags for a much more affordable price point, similar to Coach. Some of Coach’s newer stuff is so pretty and the price is more palatable.

I definitely want one sleek black Saint Laurent bag someday. Specifically it has to have the YSL logo and if that's what the fastener is then even better. I currently only have the Kate Spade cat bag because I love cats and I'd love to have just one beautiful black bag
I've never understood the lust for luxury handbags. I have enough to afford a few of them but I just can't bring myself to buy them. Am I wanting them because they're nice? Am I wanting them to flex to other women what I have that they don't so they'll feel envious? That's not right. At the end of the day, I just carry around a ladies' wallet.
It's definitely really difficult when shopping luxury because it's so tempting to think about how much of a flex it is and that's a really unhealthy rabbit hole to dive into. I always make sure I focus on if I actually like the style. I currently only have one luxury item, a pair of black pumps from Saint Laurent. I got to try them on and the comfort and arch support were simply unreal. Considering I've spent hundreds of dollars the past years blowing through cheap black pumps it is worth investing in a forever pair. And ironically the logo isn't visible anywhere in the shoe.

I used to love buying designer bags but they have all just gotten so bloody expensive. I got a Prada bag 10 years ago for US$500. Now they’re US$1000+. Have a look at Aussie brand Oroton. They’re nice but not too expensive. I’m also a fan of Kate Spade
If you think you'll resale the bag in a bit, get the YSL. Also, you should be looking at TheRealReal and Fashionphile for bags. I just bought a $2200 nylon Prada backpack for $700 and it was basically unused.
