It's strange to hear Rana, who loves spice, saying it's extra spicy, then to hear Chaudry, who dislikes strong spices, say it's not very spicy. Did they have the same thing ?
@@adelebarnes1315 I'm wondering if his first bite was one of the jalapenos or something. It didn't seem that spicy I agree. It was like nacho cheese + cilantro and jalapenos over fries. But sometimes you get a jalapeno that's much hotter than the others on the plant(almost thai chili level heat). That's what I'm thinking.
@Adele Barnes I wondered about that too. I'm Indian punjabi, I understand the language these guys speak in and the culture it self. I noticed a few of them are eating one piece at a time rather than getting all the flavors in one bite. A lot of south Asian cooking involves curries or rice that has been mixed... meaning each bite has a similar flavor profile consistently while eating it, that's not the case with loaded fries. Each bite has the potential to give different flavors and more or less punch.
When i hear Chaudharry say "Huy, Huy, Huy" with a big smile i am satisfied. He is the most honest and humble elder. God bless him. He is one of a kind.
I'm Canadian and loaded fries is not Poutine!! No worries , America got the best comfort food in the world! Best BBQ in the world :) happy I'm Canadian and get to enjoy American food everyday :) love my American brothers and sisters :)
Loaded fries comes in variations. Not just cheese . You can have it with chilli. And soo many different toppings and cheeses. You can even substitute potato fries with sweet potato fries.
Mr. Chaudhary is my absolute favorite (I adore all of these gentlemen, he just happens to be my personal favorite). I almost wish the man was my dad. He has the most sincerely kind demeanor of anyone I've seen yet in my life. I'm so glad I stumbled onto this channel. These guys make my day.
Can you put pictures of the food they are comparing? Like Sohan Halwa that Chaudary said. We want to know what the local food they are saying and we can both know your country's food and culture.
If there is any pakistani 'mithai' (sweet) shop near you then you will be able to pick up sohan halwa in there, it's got a similar taste to fudge and toffee, some have walnuts or cashews added to them

The Doctor said we should call loaded fries a "bowl of patience" and in another comment...he would be concerned about the welfare of someone who finishes it all! I love them all but the Doctor always cracks me up!
One of my favorite meals. Most common way to make it in US is with bacon bits, cheese, and scallions, sour cream, some peppers, fries. Poutine is so incredibly good as well. Gravy poured over fries with cheese curds (a famous Canadian dish). There’s just so many other ways to make loaded fries it’s amazing. I love fries 😅❤
I'm not 100% sure which region in the states calls them differently, but I do know that in the Midwest (and I'm sure in the South) we would call them "dirty fries" which are the same thing really. Also, poutine is on my bucket list to make
@@Awood2207 you are not wrong....on the east coast (in NJ at least) they are known as "disco fries". Though we don't use cheese curds like in poutine, we use regular cheeses. I prefer mozzarella or swiss.
There are also Loaded Potato Skins.Take a large potato with a skin strong enough to hold up ,scrub well and cut in half,Oil the skin a bit and bake until done.Scoop out enough of the inside to make a hollow, like a pitted mango, season with salt and pepper and fill with shredded meltable cheese,(the removed potato is used for some other dish like baked potato salad).Rebake to melt the cheese, top with sour cream, herbs like green onion tops, coriander greens or chives and if you want a crispy meat like bacon bits. The potato skin has a nice earthy taste.
Should try a Canadian treat, it is called Poutine. Fries, pouting gravy and cheese curds. We Canadians love them! 😁 We also loaded with many things on too, such as bacon, chicken, beef, pork, onions and so on.
They are such good sports at trying things they have never tried before. They are also very polite about not being particularly fond of what they are eating. When something gets completely or mostly eaten, we know it was truly liked. lol
They actually appreciate all things as color, texture, presentation, aroma, comparing to at home, etc and that all adds to the taste/texture enhancing.
My favorite opinion every time is the gentleman in the uniform with the black headdress with the diagonal white stripes. I also agree with his outlook on food. I enjoy trying other foods and seeing other viewpoints on my style of foods.
I thoroughly enjoy how these men take their time, marvel at the food, thank their Creator and the chefs who prepared the meals, and savor the first bite. We could learn a lot about the good things in life from these gentlemen.
A local Dutch dish, called a Kapsalon, is something I would also recommend It's a layer of fries, on top of that a layer of kebab or shawarma (lamb or chicken), on top of that a layer of Gouda cheese, it then comes from the oven and lettuce is put on top, with some sauces like sambal and garlic sauce It's really tasty and REALLY popular in the Netherlands Most dishes I've seen so far have been really "American" so it'd be fun to see some dishes from other locales
@4:54 I love watching the wonder in Chaudharry's eyes when his brain registeres the new tast of forieng dishes that he finds delicious to which he says "hoy hoy hoy" LOL
Fascinating!! I enjoyed this video as well as all of the others I've seen, but am puzzled as to the reference to it being "spicy". They need to try loaded fries with some good smoked shredded brisket. And some awesome Poutine from our neighbors in Canada. Fried with brown gravy and cheese curds. Very basic but really really good stuff.
Mr. Chaudhary is correct 700 PKR is alot of money, but in America, they cost about 2100 PKR and get more expensive. They can be as high as 4000 PKR if made with shrimp or lobster instead of chicken.

700 rupees is $8.50 in US dollars which is reasonable if you look at it as a meal from a restaurant. BUT eating out is Far more expensive than cooking at home. Going out as a family of four and spending 8.50 per person is $34 dollars, but making 4 of those at home using the same ingredients you got from the grocery store, it would likely cost around 10-12 dollars So he is correct that 700 rupees is too much, at least for many people who are villagers. To be fair, 700 Pakistani rupees is about $2.50 USD. That's similar to what loaded fries would cost in India and basically a quarter of the cost of loaded fries in America.
