Do you keep all the tortoise that hatch or do you sell them????
Unfortunately I can't keep them all. I sell them on my website after I make sure they are all healthy and eating right then about two weeks to a month after, I will let people give them new and good homes.

How old do the tortoises have to be to breed?
For Sulcata Tortoises, they will reach adulthood around 10-15 years old. They will start to breed around 10 years old as well.
