I think it would've been better if they let the evolution be a choice instead if a self activating thing
I think that’d make it more powerful, similar to Buzzwole’s gauge being buffed to charge on wild Pokémon and basically being able to choose it being up
@@PikwiiI'd rather it take longer to charge but let the user choose when it activates than have it up more frequently but unintentionally
For how strong it is in its mega form, it would become too strong if you could choose when to mega. It also adds a bit of stratigizing to when you want to fight or when you want to wait. The gauge balances the pokemon very well.
id think if they implemented ur ideas i think they gonn balance it like only being only to mega during the 2 min marker wher the boss will appear and it costing 1 item slot cus ut should be a mega stone
@@rrtrr5423 that would make it so much worse tbh. Mewtwo normal is not that broken, and u have better Pokemon like zacian, umbreon, urshifu in ur roster too so ig they'll probably nerf the dmg a little. They handle and balanced mewtwo way better than zacian

When is mewtwo y coming?
Mewtwo is my favorite Pokémon so I’m as excited as I can be for this launch! I wish the differences between both Mewtwo were bigger. Maybe a Psycho Cut on Mewtwo X. Something more physical.
Was only a matter of time before we finally got a Zeus/Karthus ult in this game. Though I guess in the most technical sense the ult is closer to HotS Diablo. Very excited for Mewtwo-X. Megas finally being here is enough for me to be excited, Mewtwo is just a nice bonus this time.

now we need a playable rayquaza with mega
its also based off illumias ult, a mage from timis other game arena of valor, which does the same thing, including the vision
@voidweaver8333 The og is Zeus, though. All others are technically derivative of that original ult from Defense of the Ancients. It's a common concept in mobas to have a global "auto target" ult that gives vision and does a chunk of damage, so it was simply a matter of time before it came to Unite.

Revealing location of your enemies during the ray fight is broken af. I can just imagine this pokemon being used competitively. Let's say that u see a defender, a supporter and an all rounder coming after u and then u reveal the other 2 being the enemy attackers hiding in the grass and waiting for the right opportunity to cc and area dmg the opposite team, so basically ur speedster will have an idea on how to KO the attackers first.
i would like to see if future sight and then using teleport immediately can drag enemies farther
If multiple enemies are on Ray and Mewtwo uses its unite. Will Ray receive multiple damage because the enemies circle's are close to each other (assuming they start rip it in the pit). I understand that it won't stack damage on opposing team but what about objective 😅

There’s going to be that person out there in a random match that we won’t know about where they stole both top and bottom objectives from behind and somehow stole the ray with it as well in the same match somehow. And they don’t know about sharing it online so it’s just there, the replay gone after sometime
Since Future Sight pulls can you future sight + teleport to pull enemeis further like Zerora can with Discharge?
A great comparison to mewtwos unite would be Tenta Missles from Splatoon
Although Missles in Splatoon has more qunatity both moves allow for something significant
displacement, and the ability to see the enemy pokemon globally
It forces the enemy to get out of their hiding spot in the bushes scrambling them, or get hit by dmg. At the same time it will reveal exactly were they are, yes its easy to dodge but the value it provides from just using it is very good
More excited for Y, will be good playing through the event though
I'd like to take a second to appreciate how charismatic and kind Jake is. I watched a video of another content creator (he pointed out how pokemon unite is "only" p2w) today which felt so weird. He seemed really uncharismatic and sweared a lot and somehow seemed like a really disgusting person to me and still had more than 2 million subscribers

If the pressure gauge goes up with basic attacks, isn't rapid-fire scarf the best item, to build that gauge up even faster in teamfights???
they should give us a mega stone as an item for the ones that can mega and have a mechanic to activate it , that be pretty cool
I thought about that, also an "alternate stone" for pokemon with regional variants. Which would change playstyle (such as turning alolan 9 tails from freeze to burns)

I think Recover+Future Sight will work best on Mewtwo X and Teleport+Psystrike will work better with Mewtwo Y. What I've seen, you can Teleport on M-Y twice, but with M-X its only once.
As an Azumarill main, Mewtwo is going to be a massive problem for me if I ever have to dule one. I seriously got my work cut out for me lol.
Hello from the future. I took a year off from this game, and only came back because of Mewtwo. I picked X blindly, and took it into ranked (completely on accident) and rattled off 9 wins in a row. At one point, I had 25, 28, 29, and 29 KOs, all in a row (screen grabs to prove it). MewTwo X is ABSOLUTELY broken in every way. I average about 10 KOs, depending on role, with other Pokémon, so I’m about average I guess. I use scope lens, razor claw and muscle band. I can single handedly takeover the entire game without once having to go back to base to heal, unless someone sneaks past me and I have to go back and KO them. That’s how goddamn broken MewTwo X is. I am AVERAGE, but an absolute threat with MewTwo X smh.

So, it can only hit enemy Pokemon once even if they're close together, but is it the same for wild Pokemon and objectives, too?

i would like to find out if the unite move stacks on wild pokemon. so if the whole enemy team is on rayquaza, pop the unite move, rayquaza gets hit 5 times. that would feel like it was made to steal kills if it does that.

i think future sight + teleport will be a great combo. Imagine putting a leash on your opponent then pulling them deeper.

Honestly, the only thing I wish was different was the ability names. Psystrike seems like the better name for the ability that pulls enemies in so you can... strike them.
I think in Pokémon game Psystrike is a projectile attack, but I could be mistaken. Striking the enemy with a projectile

I’ve been playing Mewtwo and I’ve been boot scoot boogeyin’ all over the map😂. Been doing Psystrike-Recover with Razor Claw, Float Stone, and Muscle Band and it’s been super fun! I like using recover before I go into psystrike for a shield because by the time psystrike is done I can use recover again and just keep going back n forth
Now when the game does feels balanced (okie, tsareena and crustle do deserve some buffs), mewtwo will unbalance things (like release zacian)
Everytime I use future sight on Mewtwo X, I'm gonna say "Get over here!" like Scorpion from Mortal Kombat. It'll totally feel satisfying
They should add this Mega Gauge thing to every Pokémon in the game w Megas, Absol and Lucario would become meta again!
First thing I did when I saw the mega symbol on the mewtwo announcement was look at how much of the current roster has megas, and it’s most of em which is a good sign.
I think their megas will be seperate unite licenses tho, they won’t add em to the current ones / locked to certain holowear

To all the people who call mewtwo as zacian 2.0,hear me out...its not at all broken like zacian was. Zacian ws broken cause it had a bug that completely ignored defenses and it had an easy cooldown resets on its moves which broke sacred sword build. Whereas mewtwo has good bulk,it IS NOT broken in terms of damage,not even its unite move

i know it sound crazy but i think mewtwo need a buff for its mega bar where the mark will fill up a little like 5% when you hit someone and the bar fills like 25% when you kill someone
Does future sight do HP percentage damage? Cause 5k damage in one use on the dummy was disgusting 😢
It appears to be based on how much damage you’ve done but we will know the exact details soon

@@hudsonwright294 Nah, I think Mewtwo will be a unique one. However, they could implement another mega-evolution, but in a different way. For example, with just using your unite.
It would be unfortunate to have to use your unite to mega evolve unless it had a small cooldown like hoopa unbound

Would probably be the most broken Pokémon along with Mewtwo Y if he didn’t have to hold a mega stone
It's actually lower than Zacian Crowned once Zacian in on the battlefield. Mewtwo X only has a higher attacker when both Pokemon haven't entered the battlefield.
@@kegstandin06 yeah but we are not talking about the abilities it is all about the attack stat in main game in which mega Mewtwo X ha ls 190 base attacka and if we see zacian in the latest generation (Currently gen 9 )where it is nerf in both forms ZACIAN CROWNED being 150 ( before nerfs 170) and ZANCIAN HERO OF MANY BATTLES being 130 ( before nerfs 120) without ability

no it doesnt. I show that in the vid

I feel like its not gonna be easy with x to mega with how broken some Pokemon are special attacker that stay out of range and Pokemon like zora who will kill u before u evolve or dragonite and many more i feel like its gonna be very hard by the time u evolve into mega form you'll be less then half hp or dead i have a feeling its gonna be a mediocre but can't say the same about y bcz that's a ranged poki with special attack which has a spoon item so
The time will tell. Future Sight and Teleport are the moves to close the distance between you and an enemy, so it doesn't seem to me as bad as you say
It has a Kel'thuzad ULT as a Unite Move nice.
Kinda like Diablo I forget it it stuns or not but that apocalypse move
And Possible Nerfs for Mewtwo X:
Teleport: from 6s to 7s
Teleport +: from 6s to 7s or 8s
Increased damage done to opponents decreased
Future Sight: from 6s to 7s
Future Sight +: from 6s to 7s or 8s increased damage nerfed
That's my predictions about the Mewtwo X nerfs (Consider every prediction isn't 100% correct so be sure to say it is right or wrong. Oh I don't mention the mega evolution bar which is not getting any nerf. Just the strong ones)
I hope we get a tail hit box like in smash ultimate. Gets hit by every single skill shot in its vicinity haha
