If you did it correctly, you should have a powdery ball after mixing it for a while,( if it's still yucky and sticky, add another 2 spoons of powder milk and 2 spoons of sugar) keep kneading the ball with your hands until it's less powdery, then make the balls the size you like and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes, make the details after those minutes. It's really tasty, at least better than fondant OBS: IT DOES NOT GROW IN THE FRIDGE, SO IF IT'S STILL TO LITTLE FOR YOU, REPEAT THAT RECIPE UNTIL YOU HAVE THE AMOUNT YOU WANT.
