tbh, i find sjk more attractive when he decided to get married. i remember in one of his interviews he said that shk is more important than his popularity. also for him, being an actor is just part of his life. family is the most valuable thing. he wants to be a good father and a husband. because of it, i admire him even more not just as an actor but also as a person. he knows his priorities in life; and so he chooses love and happiness over popularity. popularity isn't everything, you know. :-)

uffdmgmahi it's not a cultural thing. Some Koreans marry early, while others late (especially men) just like anywhere in the world. SK also has long history of poverty before ot became a 1st world superpower.. in the recent decades, it has become less practical to raise a family in SK that's why they have a low birth rate. It's expensive to buy a house, education is expensive, etc. For celebrities, many men especially in the recent decade, marry late (mid-30s - 40s) and that's because of a lot of factors: career, not being stable enough yet etc, or just general craziness of showbiz. SJK is technically young if you compare him to some average salarymen, but SHK is not that young anymore. But as CTH said, SJK is not young compared to him when he got married and marriage is not the end of it all (career). SongSong don't hve to worry about money anyway.
