      Sir 8000 to 9000 can be possible in another location near shivpuri or near by in aamwala (which is near dhaulas)
      or somewhere in birsaini, koti which is 20 to 25km from chakrata road, So you need to find somewhere in 15ft to 18ft wide road which can be 2-3km inside in any village area anywhere in outskirts in Dehradun may be possible in your expected price. 🙏 Thanks

    Thanks for justification but hour reasoning is superfluous which do not justify your rates.
    It is 6000 at high side.

      Its our right to expect lowest price when we buy any product, but its not justifying to insist for 50-60% down the market price specially in those property where the market price is open to everyone! even the circle rates are much higher then your expectation in this area 😊

    Please dehli ncr walo se kahna chahta hu ki in fraud se dur rhe kyuki in plots ka rate 6/7000 se upper bilkul bhi nahi hai
