Great pick, great value, freak athlete and measurables for a 6'6 tight end. Runs like he should be 6'3. This guy has breakout potential written all over him.

A-, Y. Having been a big Penn State fan since 2004 (my twin daughters went there and had a terrific college experience), Penn State is, not only Linebacker University, but is Tight End University! They had a Tight End a few years ago who was 6’8” and currently plays in the NFL! This is a great pick!

I am a Penn State fan. I've bitched every year about them not using him enough. This lack of production is more on James Franklin and his coaching than anything. I've said a million times that Franklin is one of the best recruiters in the nation, but the dude is not a good decision making coach. Theo Johnson will be just fine. This was a great pic in the fourth round
PSU fan also and I completely agree with all of that. Franklin drives me absolutely crazy with his in-game decisions and lack of situational awareness. PSU should have already been in at least one playoff if not for them choking away games vs Ohio St

Definitely was expected to draft a tight end. Fills a need for sure especially with Waller probably gone after June 1 cut. So this is a B. Will be molded and is a good blocking tight end.

Even if thats not the case, I would cut him anyway because he can't make up his mind. If it's actually taking him this long to decide, then how committed will he be if he stays?

Especially this year when there was multiple top players in positions of need still untouched giving basically pick of the litter in round 3, but Joe reaches for a CB worth a round 4 or even 5 pick. Then the Johnson was basically the same situation. WE I guess, I hope Bill B is hired next year after the shit show that is shaping up for 2024 so far
