Update:
In the last half year I started being physical active on a daily basis & it kinda helps - very slowly, but better than nothing - being more comfortable with the vertigo. The main issue, increased vertigo while looking down for longer than few seconds (-> playing piano), is still there, but overall it's getting better & not worse. Not sure when I'll get back to RUclips, but till then I keep going.

OMG ! I didn't expect that! I am so excited ! I want to start a YT channel like you and give people lessons/covers .. Like from how you took me from left 1 chord to power chords like G5 and playing chords in flow like in the darkside .. I had chronic vertigo for more then 4 months, turned out to be my right ear, needed a small surgery to put back in position few bones. Good luck to you mate!
