- Golfshake's Kevin Paver & Ryan Rastall took a trip to Amendoeira Resort. Whilst there, they took advantage of the facilities and headed out to play the O'Connor Course.
Designed by Christy O'Connor Jnr, this course complements the neighbouring Faldo Course and is surrounded by various water features, both lakes and watercourses that are spread throughout the entire course!

Our golf society is going back later this year for the 4th time and can't wait. Such a great place to play, both courses are brilliant in their own way. O'connor is definitely the easier/more forgiving of the two courses but even still you have to hit good shots to keep away from the danger like with any course I suppose. The resort is superb, clubhouse service, food, practice facilities are all top notch. Last time we were there we were in those villas mentioned on the video, ours was directly behind the 17th tee box. Looking forward to going back again and would highly recommend to anyone planning a golf holiday 👍

Had a 3 night break there 2 years ago.. Preferred the Faldo for looks but the O Connor was a much easier track. A great golf destination.

Agree completely. Nice to have two very different courses though 👍 Hacker who? 😂
