Can i do it with a backside 9 with little inversion and spotting the ground in the end?

I've applied this method to my cart full but I still have difficulty with spotting. Do you have any tips/ exercises? Looking back at my vids, I see that my feet 'face' the ground before my eyes do, so me landing the move is more of hope than technique XD

more practice will make you more comfortable! definitely learning raiz and drilling btwist will help you. there's less going on in those tricks that will give you some time to focus on the spot!

Can you make a tutorial on how to fix a limb length disparity?

    • @RehabforTrickers

Fortunately, that’s a problem that doesn’t really need fixing. 😅 Everyone has one limb slightly longer/shorter than the other and trying to fixing (perhaps via stretching or weights) is probably more trouble than its worth!

@@RehabforTrickers My difference in 10mm, I found out last year that it had given me some pretty bad scoliosis, which made me think about how I suck at twisting. I fixed my scoliosis now but am also stuck wearing a heel lift.

Oof, that’s tough. 10mm sounds very little, but if it’s causing you problems try to increase length by stretching. Also keep your options open since scoliosis can be caused by many other things (posture, ergonomics, etc). It may be easier to fix those than lengthening your leg... And then you can remove the heel lift

@@RehabforTrickers Thanks for all the information. My posture was also part of it, but I have done a pretty good job of fixing it. 10mm is 0.39 inches, but if I don't wear a heel lift, my spine starts bending again. I might be stuck with it unless I recieve limb lengthening surgery on my left shin.
