- Want to learn cheat 9? Or maybe you've seen people do Vanish 9 and want to learn? Here it is - an in depth approach to learn and progress into cheat 9 (via the vanish 9)
Vanish 9 is an essential basic in the tricking world, and you need this move to level up any kicks or even just transitions in your tricking foundation. Many beginners have problems with this move even though is it relatively easy. This is because they're focusing on the wrong parts of the move.
Here are two of many problems this video helps clean up: keeping your chest vertical and completing the spin. Many people lean when doing this move and many kick out too early.

lmao tornado vanish was being a bit of a struggle so i tried scoot vanish 9 and voila it was ez as hell lmao. Gonna work on this a ton, this vid teached me what the heck a vanish even is (lol). Defo gonna get this and try the hopping method. Thanks!

i don t no the diferent of vanish and cheat. Can you told wich is the diferent
yes! A cheat setup is the step you do before certain tricks (like tornado or cheat 720). Vanish is very similar except that it’s a transition. So vanish is the link between two moves (ex. tornado > vanish 9 would not be called tornado > cheat 9).
If you look at the body itself however, your body does the exact same thing in a vanish as it does in a ‘cheat’ step. That’s why it can be confusing. So another way to differentiate the two is that for Vanish, you MUST land one foot at a time and then take off one foot at a time. If I do a tornado kick, stop and then cheat 900, that is NOT a ‘vanish’, it is a redirect.
