Ali Siddiq is a stand-up comedian, public speaker, and writer out of Houston. Ali’s unique style of stand-up began behind the walls of incarceration, an incubator for interesting experiences and good stories.
People received their first taste of Ali Siddiq when he appeared on HBO's DEF COMEDY JAM and LIVE FROM GOTHAM, and in 2013 he was named Comedy Central's "#1 Comic to Watch". In 2014, Ali impressed comedy enthusiasts by displaying his ability to captivate an audience with his "Mexicans Got On Boots" tale, descriptive storytelling, with over 15 million views, of a prison riot on THIS IS NOT HAPPENING, the first of three appearances. His stories continued with his HALF HOUR special, which premiered on Comedy Central in the fall of 2016. Immediately following the premiere of that special, Comedy Central offered Ali an hour-special where he performed for inmates live in a Texas jail, sending Ali back to where it all started. The hour special, Ali Siddiq: It’s Bigger Than These Bars, premiered in February 2018 on Comedy Central. In 2019, Ali could be seen as a Top 5 finalist on NBC’s BRING THE FUNNY. Most recently, Ali could be seen as a guest on THE JOE ROGAN EXPERIENCE.

I heard my son tell his grandma ( my mother ) that he wouldn't eat the rest of the food on his plate. I don't mean he said "no grandma I can't eat another bite", his belligerent ass yelled and said he wasn't going to eat anything except some pizza.
So, this may not seem like a big deal. I just know I told my mother once when I was about 6 that I couldn't finish my plate after she had told me twice, and then she closed fist punched me in the right eye twice for it. It ain't my fault she put so much food on my plate, she knew I didn't eat much.
My son got his little attitude from the neighbors kid , he learned that from him when he stayed the night the previous night, he's never said that shit since or before.
My grandma, my mother, just smiled and said "well someone get this baby some pizza then!" as she went on to dump his plate of food into a Tupper thing.
I had to tell people I fell down the stairs for a week and a half. I'm white, by the way, for those who are picturing otherwise.

It’s important. I got beat. I don’t condone beating. It was abuse. You know, blood, bruises, CPS. That kind of thing. But even with my history I think it’s a mistake not to spank booties if needed. Spank the backside, with an open hand, mind you. These kids have lost their minds and I really believe that’s part of the reason.
You did better than my baby momma. She beat my son until he finally beat her then she moved out of the home and left him there. Now he's a junkie. She refused my help, only wanted money and wouldn't let me or my family see him til 18. She died last year at age 54 from untreated stage 4 cancer. Karma.

Good for you. Parents are supposed to be parents, not friends. I wanted so bad to go to Disney all through my childhood. I got there a month after I got my first car, when I was 26. It was a 36 hour drive, and it was worth the wait. I bought an old Kermit The Frog green VW camper, and camped on a tiny piece of pavement at Disney World. Thought I was in heaven.
Social media has taken away the beauty of anticipation for children, but not the wonder of waiting and watching Ali Siddiq on RUclips.

@@OgechiIbebuchi Their camping sites were like tiny paved driveways, but the setup was as organized as a Nazi work/ death camp.We had access to every form of transportation. Probably to prevent drunk driving messing up insurance requirements. There were low key entertainment areas in the hotel bars. They closed early and had. every kind of transportation available to drive you back to your campsite.
We bought a 3 day pass. I didn’t realize tohey were life long passes. We stayed 2 days, and I gave my one day leftover pass to a stranger on the way out. I hope they used it.

We took the kids to disney back in 2017 i think, and it was around $3200 for flight hotel (inside the gate on the grounds of disney) rental car etc- we get epcot my daughter was 10 at the time - everyone's so EXCITED - around 5 or 6 hrs in my daughter is like MY FEET HURT MY FEET HURT- i finally look down HER SHOES WERE ON THE WRONG FEET and wanted us to carry her. im like NOPE ITS TIME TO GO! i was so mad!
Ali, you stand-out because you got the weight in your spirit. You bring the life to your comedy, but with that weight. I don’t know any other comedian that compares because they haven’t had something real like you. There is a thinness in there presence, but with you there is something so real, like fire. Your delivery is funny as fuck, but what I admire is your spirit. You have the dragon fire in you. Blessings
I remember growing up if me and my brother were being sour on the seldom occasion we were doing something special she’d turn around in the car and go “we’re gonna go and we’re gonna have fun god damn it!” It would always make us laugh from the juxtaposition of demanding fun 😂😂
