So should we consider that as their full potential or should we scale them using (story perks). Becuse it is said that to get in deep of the story go check out the story mode which means the story mode contains all the abilities of a character that can make the multiplayer unfair. 4. @@Chillout18-s9hDepends on the tiering system. If he uses CSAP then he can technically scale him to high outer since the tiering system is made that way. I use VSBW so I scale him to low complex multi. Most scales will prob also have him around that.
