That's a great question. I do not have anything for that specific timeframe, but if it feels energetically okay for you still to make moon water during that time, then I say go for it ❤️ if not, just wait till it's no longer void of course
What if i also want to live according to my menstrual cycle but it isn t in sync with the moon phases, for example : what if i 'm on my pre menstrual phase where i feel more introverted,lack of energy and the moon is in the waxing phase and has a more vibrant energy?wich one i should listen to?in what way the moon energy affects my premenstrual phase,how can i use waxing moon energy in this phase of my menstrual cycle?
That's a fantastic question. I would say listen to your body first, because the moon phases might affect you differently than other women, especially when it comes to their menstrual cycle. To use your example, if the moon is waxing which is more vibrant energy but you're not feeling that, just go with how you're feeling because in the end, that is what will make you feel most vibrant. And you can still feel extroverted during the waning phase, maybe it's more subtle than what we normally think of as "extroverted." Experiment a bit, challenge your conventional views, and always listen to your own body first!
