I realize it's a midweek game, but where are the fans? I've never seen it so empty.
Non league games always have poor attendance.
Vancouver fans don’t care about the club, only about the competition.
Canadians are struggling with money rn as well.
Because Vancouverites have no pride.
They dont lower ticket prices otherwise they could have better attendance.
Great win 🥺👍🏽
Poor goalkeeping at both the ends for the 3 goals
Im from Vancouver and I can say first hand that Whitecaps is falling apart, they have virtually 0 fans
It’s not a regularly scheduled game and it’s not part of the season ticket package. The most recent weekend MLS game had over 17,000….a far cry from Zero.
@@sdot5389 watching the game and being a fan is different, In comparison to 2015 the number of people going to games has halved, and then number of people that would consider themselves supporters have dwindled.
There are still lots of loyal fans. It's the casual and fair weather fans that don't go as much anymore
@@sdot5389 it was part of the season ticket package...
The ownership never properly responded to the women's team scandal. Now the MLS will be on an obscure cable channel instead of TSN or SN or even OneSoccer. The league and team management is completely botching any good will they ever had. It's a disaster.
Vancouver barely had any Canadians playing. Shame.
That's why the CPL was created to give Canadian players a chance to play and develop.
@@JamesBond009 Doesn't give the Caps an excuse to lean into the stereotype. They aren't pushing for any trophies so it wouldn't hurt them to give local youth a chance once in a while.
@@TheWoollyFrog "they aren't pushing for any trophies" this video is literally a semi final lol. Also Gutierrez and Hasal are unfortunately injured otherwise they'd be playing
@@ThatsNotEnglish Well, they didn't start the season thinking they'd make the final considering that they lost every time they faced a CPL team prior to this season.
@@TheWoollyFrog We knew it wouldn't be easy but we fully expected to make the final considering we are better than any CPL team. Past upsets don't change that
Farsi far better than laryea
I hate this club so much
THANK GOD THE ONLY TORONTO TEAM WON AND NOT THE FRAUDS IN THIS GAME LOL, MOVE THE TEAM YORK UNITED, WHY DO YOU CLOWNS EXIST?!
They exist because they belong to a league that matters to Canadians - The CPL. The quality is improving daily and they are stealing viewers and fans away from the American leagues with their overpriced tickets that are out of reach of many Canadians. More importantly it is not owned by MLSE (owner of the Leafs, Jays,TFC, Raptors,Argonauts) which decides what Toronto watches and what prices people pay - a complete monopoly like a Russian oligarch.
@@Krusherr How much were you paid per word to say that?
@@juicekiller887 having a gta team in the CPL matters lmao
@@Krusherr Yet they have 0 fans
You're literally complaining about there being more than one team in an area of 7 million people a population that's bigger than entire countries 🙄
