Hey guys,a lot of you have been asking me and been struggling on how to preserve your curly hair over night without getting frizz so I decided to show you how I keep my hair frizz free, if you follow my steps your hair will have little to no frizz by the end of the week.i also do this in my hair in my curly hair routine if you want to check that out! I hope this helps!.

What do you do to keep your hair so defined? I have super long curls that randomly occurred one day. I'm mixed too but it's weird cus I'm half black and half Indian so my my hair is super thin but gets frizzy really easy.

I’m white with natural curls an idk if it’s cause my too long but it don’t sit on top like yours and therefore I need tips an advice for everything with curls
My hair is about half the length of yours, will this still work(my hair gets matted easily) also in the morning do you use a curl refreshing spray or water?

My hair’s usually damp when I sleep cuz I shower at night. Will this still work with damp curls?
Yes I usually dry it a bit, but it’s still damp before i go to sleep 😁

my bf has ~3a hair and he whants to let it grow. He struglles a lot with it, he says it's a bit dry and just doesn't ever set well (not sure what that means toh). I thoght of giving him a durag to help with hidration, which I hope will make it look and set better. Do you have any tips?

What do you use for your hair? Cantu be making my curls frizzy and dry 😅
the problem is my curls are shorter and they are not that flexible , (yours move when you move but mine moves a bit only when is super wet) so when i sleep with it it just look like i have a flat top or idk is sticks to my head , idk what should i do
I honestly just use to rewet it when my was like that so it was more playable and gave me some length

If you got curls all around what do you do ?
Hey quick question, you can see skin through my curls (i cut it short) i know this is normal due to the curls parting but i'd really really like some more volume. Any extra tips on how to get more volume? I got 3A low porosity hair. I damaged my hair because i was uneducated, used shampoo everyday and roughed my hair up with a towel. Let it dry for 30 mins and then apply cantu curling cream (yes it was dry within 30 mins and yes i know you're cringing hard rn so am i). Today i saw a video where a guy applied the same cream on his damp hair and let it dry (mine takes like 2 hours to dry partly) and it worked well. But i'd like some more volume, now he used cantu curl activating cream afterwards (after like 40 mins) and his hair was dry like 10 mins after that (i know, probably not the same porosity sadly) but he didn't say anything about more volume and the reviews are mixed really. SORRY for rambling, i guess i just wanna know, would you recommend this? If not what would you recommend?
How often do you do your hair (put product in it?) i would say do your hair let it completely dry and try picking the roots a bit, try my curly hair routine video or my night routine to see how i get more volume using a shoelace, hope that helps!
@@MixedKidd i started today, i don't know how often i'm gonna use the product yet. Hopefully my hair reacts good to it if i use it everyday. The roots are always so fragile (at least seems like that) and just not enough. I don't have a durag but i could try the shoelace technique, also ive dried while plopping with a t shirt before (had the collar keep my hair up) but it didn't create more volume, it just made my hair stand up ):
nurt scurt you probably need to go longer between styling it, sounds like your strands are fine do your hair appears thinner, a little more time between styling would give you a tiny bit of frizz you need for volume
@@MixedKidd it is fine and thin yes! Ofcourse its my hair and i need to figure out but is there a rule of thumb i could start with? Like should i go: shampoo once/twice a week, cream every 2 days and wash with water inbetween or should i do something else?
Wash once a week and only try to use the cream twice a week

Thank you! Well it depends on the products in my hair, if i use my staple products it for sure lasts all week, but this definitely helps keeping my curls in tact all week long i rarely redefine

You can but i found the it doesnt keep the frixx sway as much as the durag
