Wow wow were is the plate on top of the blender is not autentic mexican whitout the missing top ,yum deliciuos❤
It look delicious! Its not exactly the way I grew up making it with my Abuela, ( we never indeed the rice so it didn’t spit when we fried it) but authentic can be a lot of things right? The best one is always the one Nana made.
She actually learned this from her mom, who was of course born in mexico, and lived until 93.
