This was my favorite IP boat....then the 439 came out!!!
I like and subscribe to your vids. I’m also looking at boats as a prospective buyer. On my version of YT and on my iPad I do not see a date on your videos, which bugs the hell out of me, because it is my only indication of whether that boat might still be on the market. Also, I feel you are overlooking a very important aspect of boat selling by sometimes not including a more complete description of what is the auxiliary, ie make and horsepower, as well as a mention of type of keel, last bottom job, etc. IOW any other pertinent points of the meat and potatoes of the boat, and perhaps less of the dessert. Just my thoughts. Cheers.

You're not going to single hand this boat.
It's less than 45', and all the lines lead to the cockpit, with autopilot. A competent sailor should have no problem single handing this boat.
I can confirm that a competent sailor can easily sail this boat single handed, coastal. In the Caribbean I single handed a 40 for three seasons, and I effectively single handed this model, a 420, for a summer in Europe, after my Admiral's knee replacement.
My experience disproves your theoretical claim. Having said that, like any larger sailboat, you will of course have an easier time at the docks with a competent fit crew aboard. For crossing oceans, this Island Packet is a superb vessel: and that is an opinion based on 32 passages on Island Packets, on 38's, 40's, 420's, and 485's. JFK
