- Here's a race from the 2019 season I had not published yet. Sea Otter Classic was the 3rd UCI Elite race for Josh and me that year after the Vail Lake and Bonelli Park US Cups. We did the long one-lap course which was a first for me. I was riding blind discovering the trails as we raced. What a blast! The trail network is amazing there just next to the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca track. That day both Josh and I had mechanical issues. His crank came loose and I had a pedal strike that jammed my chain in the crank. But we were both able to finish; Not last!

Hi Lucas! Yeah I haven't raced much in 2022; I only did the winter series. I've been doing sim racing a lot on my other channel (www.youtube.com/@benofficial2) but I'll be back with more videos on this channel in 2023!
Crazy how hard these guys pedal throughout the race like full on pushing 25 km/h uphill on a bike consistently up an down then doing that for 38 km. Which I know is small fish for most of these guys but ridiculous for a normal person on a bike.

Yes they started a few minutes behind the men and the leaders caught up to me because I had a mechanical

Thanks! I use Final Cut and I get the overlays from Garmin VIRB Edit.

Thanks! I'm starting to train again. I spent a lot of time sim racing in formula 3, but now I have my eyes set on some good Rim Nordic XC racing this summer.

No race this year. I broke my elbow just before the season started and didn't get back into it. Next year!
