I bought 5 of these Covergirl palettes today. The nude, peaches, dazed, roses and this sunset. I had no idea how to use them I just really liked the colors. So glad I found your videos to help me!

Isn't it gorgeous ? I prefer that it's deeper . Peach Punch can be a complementary palette to sunsets.
Powdery shadows don't bother me. I love Lorac and abh Subculture.

Hi there....was just wondering....which do you prefer....this Cover Girls palette....or the Rimmel palette that you must recently reviewed??
I think that I would go with the Rimmel because it has more shades and they are also highly pigmented !!

Ranae Kabello I picked up the Rimmel and you can follow along with Any of the UD Naked heat tutorials and get a spot on look! Yes! Highly pigmented.

I was shocked but how pigmented and blendable this covergirl palette is! I'm usually not a huge covergirl fan but this one surprised me! I grabbed the peach one by mistake so I'll be exchanging it for sunset and also check out makeup revolution eyeshadow palettes they are pretty good for drugstore. New sub here are you Canadian??

Fyi: it isn't just ppl w mature eyes that prefer mattes, ppl w hooded eyes, asian eyes, or just anyone that wants to do a "complete eye look"

Nice review - thank you! I'm always amazed at how much better drugstore brands are now than, say, 10 years ago. You know? I use - for laid back day foundation - a Cover Girl tinted moisturizer. It gives me great coverage, is dewy and buildable and compares very well to my upscale brands. Recently I have tried a brand of makeup from Sweden - Idun Minerals. Have you ever tried that? Very reasonably priced - nice upscale look - tons of colors to choose from at least for their foundation. Thanks again for a straight-up review. Note: I AM getting somewhat bored with these red/rose/orange/brown looks. Is anything new in terms of colors going on out there?
