Wow. What a great video. I don’t know what is scarier, the amount of damage that the water caused or the thought of going out to dinner with friends. The amount of time that it has taken to get repairs going is incredible. Having the right repair resources on hand really helps. Having the best people working on the project is wonderful. I know having the best audiologist Scott Frink , AuD, working with me on my hearing loss journey has certainly been a blessing. Having great people supporting you has immeasurable benefits on the outcome of any endeavor. Water damage is tricky and there’s not much to do to prepare for it. We had a freeze incident in our area and i have a friend who is going to be out of their house for 6 months. Very happy for you that things are progressing nicely.
Thank you for the update. Recovering from such events is stressful. The young man did a fantastic job. Hats off to his parents as well. BTW just finished “Soundtrack of Silence” by Matt Hay. At your recommendation, after watching your interview with Matt. Heroic gentleman indeed. Matt did a fantastic job sharing his story.
I have a question not related to the office flood. Are you still going to review the new Widex Smart aids? I trust your opinion and judgment but I know everyone doesn’t support all companies.
why are your videos always "upcoming"? I haven't seen one of your videos in months because they're "upcoming" when I'm informed of them. They're not important or entertaining enough to want to look for it later. If you want more views, stop making them upcoming. Most people have the attention span of a goldfish. If we cant see the video now, were not going to remember later.
Preston's drone footage is excellent. He's got a great future ahead. Nice going Preston!
I think so too!

Oh, yay! I'm glad that you can stay in your temporary digs next door to your clinic for a little longer. 😁
Kudos to Preston. 😁💕
Oh cool ... I was thinking that he must have a drone. 👍
The folks at OtoJoy are super. They came down to Tucson to Aloha (Adult Loss of Hearing Association) and taught us how to test hearing aid loops.

Oh boy, a surprise. Another April Fools Day joke. I’ll pass.

Well, videos get more views when they are "upcoming"
