I love this game wholeheartedly! Who remembers the closing scene in the first game? Man that was so good. The DLC didn't disappoint. Hope there the dev(s) create another game like this or continues the DLC. Thank you.
The game concept is awesome but the story makes absolutely zero sense (therefore, the ending is nonsense, too). They could've brainstormed some ideas, but they just pooped something out for the sake of "we need a story"
@@infiniteeventuality6201 Sometimes just being carefree and being nonsensical is just what we need. I respect your point of view, in a game that doesn't apply to real world mechanics why have a real world ending?
@@h2oQueen But literally every single cryptid had a nice little story. How they appear, what to do, dangers, etc. Then we have the main "story", which is nothing. We do our job, then Carol comes, puts a crown on us and then masked beings are dancing. No explanation about ANYTHING that transpired in the game. That is my problem. It made no sense. As I said, all cryptids had great explanation/story whatever you call it, but our main purpose was... nothing. Our end is... nothing. Hell, the ending would've been better with a black screen saying "Thanks for your service" instead the one we got.
@@infiniteeventuality6201I'm pretty sure the ending we got is directly related to several different fae rituals. Maybe I'm looking too far into it, but I'm pretty sure the sort of hidden story we're following is moreso on how those under the soil have affected the fundamental nature of this world. (Including creating a different kind of housing crisis than we experience.) I feel it's actually the little videos you get each day from the first game that solidify that as the primary focus across the campaign.
One thing I find interesting, the mouse king is likely the prank caller that got turned into a mouse in the first game/storyline. Some really good character development of some random troll turned mouse warlord
The place mentioned in the first Twilight report should be Nunavut. Its Canada's most Northern territory that includes all the tiny islands in the North
If you look at the "solution" for mountain warlocks (chat tries to bring attention to it at 2:08:46), there's something interesting you can see. The mountain warlocks cannot be safely removed by *human* force, but can be removed by the pest control services. Which of these cryptids do you think pest control uses to remove the warlocks?
The Mare, Ogress, Yulemen, and Yulecats are a direct reference to Welsh folk characters. Perchta is also a folklore character said to visit in Germany and Austria. Did anyone else catch this?
Man, a 100% success rate on the first playthrough is insane! That was so good And is the train locomotive thing based off of The Polar Express? Gosh I remember that movie and it was kinda harrowing.
When one’s gotta go…. twist and turn and get super creative with a certain something which also persuades certain someones or no ones well enough to avoid the whole thing getting somethingy…!!! That word!
Satiation is pronounced as say-she-ay-shun (/seɪʃɪˈeɪʃən/ in phonemes)! Hope this helps (I have no idea where else you can even see the word satiation tbh).
1:47:54 "The mouse king in trench coat because he's gone igcognito." That's the funniest thing I've heard this year, and wtf it is the right answer!?

I'm loving the retro vibe of this game! Saw it on stream, and I gotta say, thanks to you for making the experience even more immersive!
1:01:36 who is this DIVA 💜

Peter Postman destroyed the post office because he went postal. It's a pun.
1:36:10 SOUNDS SO MUCH LIKE INSYM WHEN HE MAKES SILLY VOICES I CANT
The doll burned his own house because it is manipulated by other people's thoughts, it truly was the envious neighbour!!

Idk but Carol is 1000% inhuman. Maybe pest control is its own species.

yeah I did, Hobs are also Welsh (or Scottish, icr). A lot of them are based on irl legends. The Locomotive is based on the Polar Express movie lol
Hey Insym will you ever make another video on lobotomy corp?
