He's like Mr. Krabs from Spongebob Squarepants until he meets his future self who warns him about his selfish behavior will lead him if he continues. I'm glad he changed his ways in the end. All of these actors are very good at playing their character in this film. I have to say, nobody would ever want to work for a toxic and selfish boss. Many people are already there to earn money to support themselves and family. I heard from a podcast that most people don't quit their jobs, they quit their bosses because even though they like their jobs, they do not want to work for such a bad boss who is creating a toxic environment.

I love the message behind the humor. Mr. Stanton gave off a Jim Carrey-esque vibe of Mr. Scrooge, even though it's not Christmas.
This was almost like "Liar, Liar" and "A Christmas Carol" combined. I can actually see Jim Carrey as Mr. Stanton if this were a movie.
