I'd say it falls under the "lightium" category. Spotting capabilities are fine but it's a bit slow. The fighting capabilities really make up for it though ; decent gun, decent APCR and HEAT, great HE, and that gun dep really synergizes well with the low profile turret to unlock cheeky firing positions. Frontal armor is not insignificant when fighting other light tanks. Not a must-have, but still an enjoyable damage oriented light, especially if you like the hydropneumatic suspensions.
Camo seriously lets it down when it comes to Spotting but as you stated, Gun Handling & Mobility are fine though Reversing speed could be improved a bit.
