Idea: Evolution of wanted levels in GTA III, Vice City, San Address, IV and V Visit all games and get a wanted level, one by one star to see how the cops or what cops do during those levels. Such as finding what level they will "shoot to kill" I know this may sound a lot but you can do it the most simple way you can.
The RPG flying on the ground is actually kinda accurate, considering that the RPG acts like a HEAT round, and it’s explosive filler won’t be activated till the tip hits something, which means it can ricochet if it doesn’t hit the tip.
I have always understood that GTA VC "weak npcs" are a satirical take on the people who ask for money pretend they are poor or ill while they are in fact totally fine and wealthy (sometimes when you kill them they drop the most cash)
I find it funnier with the 'blind' npc where he exclaims that he cant see yet when he fights back he can "somehow" follow you as if he had 20/20 vision.
I don't know if you're being sarcastic but that's not realistic, only police in 3D era GTA games can only arrest the player outside of missions, with the car bust and when you're laying down on the floor I have never seen a moment where a citizen got arrested in GTA 3/VC or SA

In GTA VC cops don't care if you aiming at them because this aiming is a mod called "classic axis" if you aim at them using controler with auto aim they will care
It's also true in GTA 3 the NPCs never reacts when you aim towards them with mouse But if you use a controller and aim they will surrender, run away or chase you down if it's a cop Such a small detail even for such a old game

Well GTA V is the only game in the series with automatic health regeneration without using any food or med-kit pickups and yet you can heal in under a few minutes
Swimming was not implemented in Vice City because of technical limitations at the time. As for ladders the same can’t be said. During SA’s development cycle ladders were actually a thing but they had to be taken out because developers ran out of space.

3:54 - You get a 2-star wanted level, if you point a gun towards a cop in the PS2 version. But Rockstar somehow manage to f*ck up the Standard controls while coding the game for PC. If you change the controller settings to Classic controls, then you will get a 2-star wanted level on PC as well :)

One thing that always bugged me is when you do a drive-by, your character always smashes the window instead of just opening it. But in GTA IV, Niko will open the window to use the tollbooths.

Planes are effectively riveted together, and it's not unknown to remove wings to repair damage from a bogus landing, bird strike, or straight-up crash. Usually you'd remove the WHOLE wing, but removing a section like that could be possible with a Cessna-style strut-type wing. The plane would be short on lift and fly like trash, but with a good engine and light load, it ought to be flying. No ailerons, but with some finesse, you could control bank with just the rudder. SUPER ILLEGAL, but physically possible. An F-15 once had a mid-air with an A-4, resulting in one of its wings being torn clean off. The pilot was able to circle back and land it on the runway.
