Within Temptation is a wonderful band. They began in the 90's. Ice queen is a sound from the second album wich is called "Mother Earth", released in 2001. Mother Earth is also a track and there is a music video. It's wonderful too. Within Temptation already did a featuring with Tarja in a music "Paradise (What about us?)". There is a music video. It would be nice to check. Thank you!

WT has six full length concerts on DVD - Mother Earth Tour (2003) Silent Force Tour (2005) Black Symphony (2008) with special bonus disk Heart of Everything Tour (2007) , and Elements (2012) and Hydra Tour (2014). I think they are better experienced live, so if you want to react to them, you are sure to find a good quality recording from among these discs.
It's actually on their album "Enter" from 1997. It also contained the song "Mother Earth" and my personal favorite, "Neverending Story". This was a fun trip down memory lane.

Acually they're very popular and have a very large fanbase worldwide. The only country that is closed minded to the fact that many different forms of metal exist is the good ol US of A. Oh and they do have a large and loyal following their too.
