Hi, great video! I did the Granguanche road in January- absolutely fantastic, you’ll love it. Incredible scenery and an amazing route. My take homes were- needed more water carrying capacity. I had 1.5 litres in the form of 2 bottles which was fine in the day, but at night when the shops and cafes were closed I would have wanted more. The heat and dryness meant I was getting through the water really quickly. Enjoy!
Thanks Tom for the comment. I arrived late yesterday evening, I got to put bike together soon and go for a ride.
As for water, yes the hope is as day turns into night strap on extra water/juice to the front fork or other wise carry in backpocket.

Yeah if I hadn't needed to pass through Edwinstowe I would have gone more direct off-road but needed a takeaway stop en route 😅 And was questioning.. how wet it might be out there still!?

Sherwood pines is about a mile from my house,
Lots of wonderful places to ride...I'll definitely be pitching up again. Had a lovely quiet nights sleep 😴
Great little video - love it round there Rich & had a similar mini-adventure in that area back in April 22 with my mate @franklinrides . What tent are you using there?
Hi Chris thanks for the donation- it'll go towards a coffee! Yes the tent, it's from NatureHike the Mongar 2 person tent. Very roomy inside indeed, two vestibules one either side, perfect for bikepacking as ample room - 1 side for cooking the other side for the bike stuff, shoes, helmet. I tend to leave very little on show overnight just bring it in.
