I just got the 87w version of the anker from Best Buy out of all places lol.It was pretty pricy at $150 Canadian but it wasn’t too bad considering it was $20 off. In my opinion, if you can find either of the ankers on sale, you should definitely get it. Even though it’s way more expensive than the ravpower, I still really like the extra capacity, extra USB c port, and the 87w
RavPower for me 👍 hands down. It's as advanced as the others here. Output of 60W is more than enough for most of the charging needs. Also it's way smaller than the rest here. Idk why it's so affordable, for what specs it has. Incredible.
Great review! Another aspect to consider (for people who regularly travel by air) is which one of these can you use in airports. I think they only allow up to 20000mah power banks (but should check with each individual airline/airport).
They allow up to 100Wh batteries. So this is the actual internal battery (the cells themselves), you take that voltage (most are around 3) and multiply by their amperage hours (size). For example, my Krisdonia 25000mAh battery pack uses 3.7 volt cells, this equates to 92.5 Wh, thus capable of being on a plane
I think the capacity testing is a bit off. Basically, that "Tested" capacity should more so be an efficiency test. When charging, you will generate heat, that heat comes from the amount of current the battery pack is outputing, that is why charging at 100W led to a lower "Tested" capacity.
I've noticed a lot of yt reviewers claiming these power banks don't supply what they are rated... Measure wattage! 5v at 1amp is 5watts but from the 3.7v lithium battery, it's pulling around 1.3amps to get that wattage... I'll bet money you were expecting 20,000mah at 5v, then no, it's 20,000mah at 3.7v turn it to wattage to calculate the real value
Great reviews of these power banks. Thank you, I am looking at a power bank for my GoPro 10 since I do a great deal of long trips. In your opinion do you think I could get by with the RavePower . I also need to keep an iPhone 13 pro max charged while on these trips? Thank you so much for your great work.
Hi. David here from Dublin in Ireland. Im planning to go mountain climbing in Russia and Nepal next year. whats the best power bank for go pro hero 9 for 31 days
So I want to find a power bank that I can charge using a solar panel for the purpose of recharging some 21700 batteries out in the field. They are high output 5000mah but I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to this so if you could help out I would greatly appreciate it. I've been looking at Goal Zero products but seems they are not that great
The Anker one is currently $90 on Amazon! (That's $70 off) this is the time to get it 👍
That's still too much. RavPower just came out with a 90W 30,000 mAh power bank for $80.

The 19200mah powercore 3 elite 60w is $30 off rn with the wall charger $75. I just ordered one.

pretty much, or "effective capacity", a voltage boost converter is generally 80-90% efficient, some loss from the 3.7v native capacity is expected.
This was a great review and I went for the Rav Power. Sufficient for my needs
The two comments above me are a scam. Just a warning. Saw these exact two comments made by two different accounts on another video.

Specs are all good but how long do each of these last? I heard ankers start sucking after a few months
You should test some “30 or 40000mah” power bank next!

Thanks for the video!
Do they all support passthrough charging?
Really informative video indeed. Could you suggest pd chargers as well that can charge 65w laptop as well?
Pass thru charging charge the power bank and the phone or computer at the same time.
I'm looking at a charger for a surface pro 7 - it is likely these will do 1 full charge or only a 70% top up
Do you have a new favorite for the Ravpower since this model seems to be not available anymore?
Anker is reliable
Can you do a review on the RAVPower 80w outlet powerbank
Solid comparisons!

Just bought the Anker model shown from Best Buy for $98 which includes the USB type C charger with a type C cable.
Hello. My power bank while charging Power itself does not charge other devices. Are you like that too? Its powercore III ELITE 26K, 87W
