Nice video! Appalachia is one of Bethesda's better game worlds to explore, and there's plenty of interesting things to run across. A lot of events are pretty fun the first few times you play them, and it's nice to have other players working together to complete them. The quests are largely what you'd expect from Bethesda, nothing too ground breaking. There's still some exciting stories to play through, and the quests added with Wastelanders are great overall. The amount of grinding you can do for specific legendary weapons and armor is crazy, but chances are that you'll get decent gear pretty quickly. Plus there's a pretty good argument to make that a lot of grinding is optional, since the game ultimately isn't hard and there's very little penalty for dying. The game still has its flaws, but the whole package is very much something I can recommend to anyone who likes Fallout 4 and is itching for a new experience.
And, it's so damn funny and epic see many players fighting against the Queen, all with power armors and heavy weapons. And there's charming characters like Rose, Duchess, Rahmani or the Insul bot...
@@Ciki92 no its awful, put over 400 hours into this disaster of a game since 2019 and i can positively say more than 99% of the people who play this game are either Bethesda bootlickers or neckbeards who prey on children… the entire game is literally a buggy grindy and poorly optimized MMO, there is no substance and no polish and love in this game..

I got up in the middle of the night, pulled the bottom dresser drawer out to use as a step, and the dresser and tv fell over on me, with the tv falling directly onto my head. My parents asked the doctor how it didnt kill me and he pretty much just said idk, soft bones? I can still remember the enire event, seeing the face of the tv as i fell backwards.

It makes me really happy to see someone finally recommend and play F76 because I played during the beta and dropped it after realizing how crap it was. But a little more than a year later around February before quarantine/wastelanders update it was a blast and I met amazing friends and it literally turned F76 into one of my favorite games.
Howdy, I'm not gonna spoil anything story related or world related. I've been playing since the beta, as of commenting I'm level 563 and still playing on and off. This game, holy moly, has come real far. Farther than most games released in a state as unfinished as 76 did. I've been playing since October 2018 if I remember correctly, even got that weird beta induced achievement glitch where I don't have and can't obtain the "Final Departure" achievement. I've seen some real rough issues with this game, but it really has improved, a lot of the stability and FPS issues have been fixed, the game still gets updates and new events, there's NPCs and a bunch to do now. I envy those just now picking up the game, you folk don't know how lucky you are to be able to pick up the content rich game that 76 has become. To be honest, me and my friends spent the first year and a half just messing around due to the lack of NPCs. I agree with the video the most on the subject of to get a group of people together that you can lollygag with while doing stuff. Coming from me, a console player, I would like to say mostly all of the console community on 76 are pretty nice and helpful to high levels and low levels, I can't state anything about the PC community since I play 76 only console now. Just get out there and try the game. If you got gamepass or it's the free weekends they do sometimes, try it.
I have played on Xbox and pc and the community on both consoles and pc is one of the best communities of any game I have played. Always someone willing to help another player out
How? Where? Been trying to role play 76 for years but there is no coherent story that remotely makes sense. Events interrupt game play / role play. Not to mention anything worth doing requires teaming up with others where you have a 50/50 chance they have no clue what they're doing or aren't the least bit serious about what they're doing & fouls you up. Due to Lack of the ability to role play.......I finally quit playing. Haven't played in months now. Not even the new dlc. (I started with beta & played 3 yrs) So any tips on HOW to manage to lean more toward mmo / role play I would greatly appreciate. I love the damn game, just got horrifically bored with all the stupid events & lack of depth. (quests / side quests to help keep one motivated & busy)
Been playing since the beta and day one at launch. Consistently visited but I’ve been spending a lot more time in it over the summer. The Wastelanders update really fixed a lot. While the functions aren’t SUPER compelling and there’s the element of grinding for better items later in the game that isn’t super prominent in the single player fallouts, it’s still a fun game to play and definitely a fun time with friends. Setting up my camp and constantly stocking and selling items from my vending machine is one of my favorite features. Love the vid, glad you’re enjoying your playthrough!
Same here and even though I still had fun early game, wastelander fixed so many things. I just wish more people would give it a shot again, Because it is much more fun with more players
Anyone needs help on xbox that's new, let me know. I'm an OG player from first beta, always helping new players, especially with double xp this weekend.
I'm a WV boy so I'm a bit biased but I love the world they've created with 76. I'm ~3700 hours in since BETA and I still look forward to new updates and seasons. I love building, too, and sharing them with my fellow wastelanders is the best part. Seeing people throw up the nice camp emote makes me happy. 😃 Game is worth playing or at least worth trying. I understand it won't be for everyone, but I enjoy it.
I was skeptical of fallout 76 as well, but I got the game while it was on sale recently after doing some research and it has been surprisingly an amazing experience. I definitely recommend trying it for anyone that is a fallout fan and is as skeptical as I was.
As someone who lives in the Mountains of NC, and has spent a lot of time in West Virginia. The game world feels somewhat familiar. Personally I think the hate it received was primarily incited by clickbait RUclipsrs who just want to cause outrage and drama. It has issues, but it is playable, fun, and honestly enjoyable to play with the boys. Also those box TV’s were scary but it allowed me to play Mario Kart Double Dash, Super Mario Sunshine, and Pokemon Gale of Darkness with my Gamecube so thats all I cared about 🤣
I started playing Fallout 76 a month ago and boi it's pretty fun, the only problem I had was optimize the game 'cause my potato didn't run it well at the begging. Now I'm grinding Gold Bullion and Reputation for the funny shotgun
I have played 76 off and since day 1. And Although I enjoyed the game in the beginning it did have issues (no nice, visual glitches, etc) but it was still fun Especially if you played with friends. But now with the addition of wastelanders and BOS it is way better. But through it all the thing that impressed me most is the community. Sure there are a few players out there that are just there to troll and pk. But overall the majority of players are so helpful. There are some servers where when you exit the vault there are other players handing out guns and armor. There is always someone willing to help the new guy/gal. It's just a very welcoming community. It's just sad that the game released on bad shape so no one wants to give it a try because all they have heard were the horror stories. So thank you for showing people there is a game worth playing in 76. The have is very forgiving to me players even if you die the most you can lose is your scrap items. You keep all your guns and armor and anything if value. Hope to see you in Appalachia soon
I started t play F76 three weeks ago and i must say im really impressed with the game, is all i love from F4 and a bit more. My problem is the game is a bit too short. But how a online game can be short? Well, what i meaning is in less than a month i already completed all the main quests, almost all the side quests, have unlocked all i wanted from seasonal content (and more that i didnt wanted), and bought all the things i needed even with the innerent game limitators (as currency daily cap) that somewhat prevent you to "burn" the game too fast. My only goal at this moment is leveling up to complete my predesigned build. But already, whit lvl 178, im feel pretty OP in the sense that very few moments in the game represent a real challenge to me, being capable of do some Public Events and Daily Ops totally alone. At this point, im really feeling the game have not much more to offer, i just wait the next season to see if theres something interesting to add to my camp.
When Prime giveaway Fallout 76, I was a little bit harsh about the game but, then, playing a few hours, I find myself genuinely having a good time, enjoying the game. And now, with lvl 62, and who knows how many time, I can say, is worth for all Fallout fan, and even for other kind of players. You can easly play alone or with friends or other players. I loved how Bethesda work on fix their game and make it so enjoyable.
i think a very under appreciated aspect is the difficulty, sure with the bullshit legendary perks and mutations it’s easy but any game can be easy when optimized by hundreds of people. but when playing with a normal rifle and shotgun and no power armor i find myself to be kinda aware and not just destroy everything while i’m still half asleep like other fallouts. also the fact that there is no pausing keeps you from just stopping time to think like other fallouts. sure it’s not very difficult and it’s not supposed to be. but it does make you pay attention more than other fallouts

THANK YOU! Ive only seen 47 seconds, but im glad someone said it. Yes fallout 76 isnt the greatest, but its a game that can be enjoyed, some people can be way to picky
been playing fallout 76 since about 2 weeks after launch. I enjoy it. it's gotten better. Ive never figured out how to properly fire an assaultron head weapon. first and only time I used one, it shot all 1200 fusion cells at once. so I didnt use Polly as a weapon during that quest. I really wish they'd add a DLC that expands the map, sort of like Far Harbour in Fallout 4.
It would be almost impossible to not be better than launch. But regardless it’s been like 4 year so who cares if it’s finally an ok game? Lol no games worth that wait
Which is your opinion, not fact. Some of us enjoy the game, and have been playing since beta. If you don't like it, why are you wasting your time watching videos on a "bad game" and making comments? Oh, that's right, gotta look cook to all the other Fallout trash talkers. Lol, go play Cod and move on already.
Dude. I was looing for reviews on this game, and your was one of the fist to be recommended. watched the video in its entirety before browsing comments and such. to see such low views and a low subscriber count was quite surprising. Great video and some great comments on the game. definitely subscribing and am excited to see what other videos you will put out in the future!!!
I actually really like 76, my problem is that it plays like a single player more than anything to me. So once i have did everything it gets repetitive quickly.
This game got a lot better but there still is a lot of bugs and glitches other than that the dlcs and updates and things to do are fun and give us stuff to do
I gotta love that your sub count used to be 76 as I was watching however it's now 77! Also I and I'm sure many others would love to see another 76 video your editing and humour is great!!
I managed to have fun with 76 for 3 yrs starting with Beta. Updates have watered it down so drastically.........and the lack of real story line, quests & side quests coupled with never ending repetitive events that too often require a team to even participate........lack of ability to role play.......and the boredom finally set in to the point where I quit playing months ago. The game had LOADS of potential to be as good, if not better, than ESO.......had it been handled correctly. Even with the whole multiplayer thing which I hate with a passion. Correction, I hate that certain events require teaming up whether you like that sort of game play or not. I did enjoy playing with my grown kids & doing quests together from time to time. The potential is still there if Devs want to get off their hands & start creating content players actually want to see. A great deal of folks would come back to playing.
As a closeted FO76 player (lvl 150 😅) who started actually playing the other games(rather than watching them) because of 76. BUY THE GAME ON SALE. ITS NOT WORTH $40. Thank you Mr. D. Edit: You have the production quality of a channel with 10k subs. I guess the best I can do is put you a little closer.
As someone who only played during beta, after coming back, the game changed a ton, both good and bad i love the building, map, somewhat existing roleplay elements i dont like that atom shop thing, and just the wacky physics, and other bits of jank
For the Gatling gun if it shoots to slow for you while u hold down ur shooting button spam the aim button and it shoots faster.(only works in first person)
I believe FO76 is awesome, I just believe the the perk system could use a little tweaks so we dont have to sacrifice one talent for another, and upgrading legendary cards was down to maybe 10 perk points, instead of 50
Good content bro. I played when it first came out, it had charm and terrific atmosphere but was just so unpolished we all got bored playing it. Just bought it again on sale for 13$ on PC. So far, it's far superior.
It’s fun until you run out of content. There is no direction to end game. I played since day 1. Content droughts are way too far and in between and there is no drive to do it 500 times.
I hope that if and when fallout 5 comes out, that it is not only online, at most, only co-op with one or two friends. Not the only online experience that 76 had. And I hope, as a console player, they keep the mods menu. It really makes games like fallout 4 and Skyrim as replayable as they are. Fallout 76, for the right audience, I'm sure is a great game. But it is far from it in my view.
@@coltrenegade the game engine doesn’t do well with anything over 60fps so the frames don’t really need to be high at all if you can run a this game at 25-30 fps you’ll be well off
Bought the game for $15. My account now has about $2,500-$3,000 worth of guns, armor, and junk. I've made $325 so far just selling random things on Ebay.. I'd say it's worth it. Get yourself into the trading business, and its actually very fun bartering with other players.
I've never played Fallout 76 I am not going to purchase a game that was not yet ready. I hope when Fallout 5 releases that it is actually ready because I refuse to support a company that doesn't give a crap but it's supporters. And I never bought any of that merch but I feel angry for all the people that were ripped off
Here is my hottest of takes. Fallout 76 is not a bad game at all. It’s actually a really good Fallout game. I wish they would give Elder Scrolls the same treatment. Sure we have ESO. But ESO doesn’t feel like an Elder Scrolls game. I would love to have Skyrim with this sort of multiplayer. Maybe even with a PVP server.
Yeah that’s not true it is a sandbox you’ll get entirely level your character till level 800 if you want without ever doing a single quest that one you can avoid them all course or slideshow quest for awards in gear and loot that you would never be able to see by rental sandbox you do not have to do the quest line at the main class not SideQuest and when you wander into an event area and I went Kicksaw you could just ignore it and close the vent out you could literally Laroi your character up as high as you want without questioning It is a PVP sandbox survival game
Been playing since beta (early access really) with 2.6k hours in it and i can say F76 is still a disapointment. The game has a tremendous amount of potential completely wasted by Bethesda. Starts out with a very weak single player story decently fixed with wastelanders and broken pvp gameplay because of explosive energy weapons, clearly a screwup by Bethesda because in F4 they're not available without mods because they knew they were broken. In a multiplayer game player interactions should be the ultimate goal but since new gear is untradable and pvp is unbalanced because of damage cap and legacy weapons, its just a single player game that you play in a map that you share with other people and that's it. No in game chat, so comunication is trough basic emotes (lol). On the plus side, its a big map, always lots of things to do and grind for, even if repetitive, and a camp system that allows you some creativity in changing the landscape. There really are some amazing camps out there.
FO76 players really be like, "I spent over 100 real life days playing this game, completely immersed, and I'm very disappointed by it. I'll probably only play for 3000 more hours, then quit."
But only with the strongest imagination can anyone see fallout 76 as an actual MMOARPG is a PVEVP sandbox survival game that has had most of the PVP stripped away it had all of the survival things stripped away it does not have Spons the trade in an MMO in an hour or more of a sponsor dynamic you kill some shit warship Spons you can stand in the same spot M’Gill shed for hours driving away You can do that in this game because it wasn’t meant to be played that way we were meant to be a cut back I’m down for each other response we’re only there to be a little bit of an inconvenience while we were PVP I have a light desponds in the dark zone
All jokes aside Fallout 76 is a decent game for what it is. It’s worth the $10 or so you can buy it at. Or if you’re already a member of GamePass why not. But it’s definitely not worth subscribing to Fallout 1st for.

been playing fallout 76 since about 2 weeks after launch. I enjoy it. it's gotten better.
Its coming september, the Pitt with new place to explore.
@@RafaelSantos-pi8py yeah, I think it’s gonna be like a quest-daily opp-mission mix or sum
Legit making a video for this from a person who hasn’t played it since launch. Love to see this on my feed for inspiration
It would be almost impossible to not be better than launch. But regardless it’s been like 4 year so who cares if it’s finally an ok game? Lol no games worth that wait
find some high level dudes and make friends. i love this game. been on it for close to 2 years.
nice video good sir! just started NV for the first time and may consider 76
"Not as bad as it was before" doesn't mean it's now a great game. Nope, it's still a bad game objectively and Bethesda has made it so.
this
Which is your opinion, not fact. Some of us enjoy the game, and have been playing since beta. If you don't like it, why are you wasting your time watching videos on a "bad game" and making comments? Oh, that's right, gotta look cook to all the other Fallout trash talkers. Lol, go play Cod and move on already.
@@SMDTURBO take a deep breath pal.
It’s gonna be all right
I genuinely love this game, I’d rather play this over fo3
Well technically it’s more fun than fallout 4 the voiced protagonist ruined that game drove it in the dirt
Wtf you need more subs! This had me cracking up
To ensure a clean experience without trauma, never barter with a player if if requires more than just caps.
Amazing video, hope u keep growing. New sub :3
when I played 76, I managed to get my hands on an explosive pump action shot gun so that's how I launched a nuke at level 15
The worst thing about F76 is that we can't see player toons names.
I actually really like 76, my problem is that it plays like a single player more than anything to me. So once i have did everything it gets repetitive quickly.
It’s still bad there is no entertainment value the quests are all the same. The only thing that holds up a little is the exploration but not really
I stopped playing when they brought NPCs in. These days I play games precisely to escape NPCs
I loved this video so much pls continue to make videos on it I actually loved ur commentary wish u had more videos
That Gatling gun sounds like a 50 cal.
I have a blast playing fo76
This game got a lot better but there still is a lot of bugs and glitches other than that the dlcs and updates and things to do are fun and give us stuff to do
i can disagree with this video in so many ways
Not as bad as thought doesn't = good, lol.
As someone who only played during beta, after coming back, the game changed a ton, both good and bad
i love the building, map, somewhat existing roleplay elements
i dont like that atom shop thing, and just the wacky physics, and other bits of jank
For the Gatling gun if it shoots to slow for you while u hold down ur shooting button spam the aim button and it shoots faster.(only works in first person)
One of those box tvs landed on my leg as a kid and shattered it
It still has it's bug's but I like it the map is interesting and big with variable biomes.
I believe FO76 is awesome, I just believe the the perk system could use a little tweaks so we dont have to sacrifice one talent for another, and upgrading legendary cards was down to maybe 10 perk points, instead of 50
that vault is given to u has a vase you can customize it
Good content bro.
If they game didn’t run so bad I’d love to play this game.
Bruh that fucking DMV mission almost made me revoke my own living privileges, but I gotta hand it to them they really did reenact a perfect DMV.
It's amazing now specially on new gen n pc
Can't run this game on my potato pc and don't want to pay sony monthly to play online
I played it on a laptop from 2012 with an old nvidia 675m gpu. It was not the greatest but still playable.
@@kellyfrench How much FPS did you average?
@@coltrenegade the game engine doesn’t do well with anything over 60fps so the frames don’t really need to be high at all if you can run a this game at 25-30 fps you’ll be well off
I would love to see you play more of this game
If you want to get it on steam, just add it to your wish list. It goes on sale often and you can generally pick it up for $10 when it does.
It actually did during the Quakecon salelast week. I paid $15 for the deluxe edition and honestly, I’m enjoying the heck out of it.
Honestly one of the few FO76 videos I genuinely enjoyed 🤣
look into getting the mutations and the luck perks for that. Great permanent buffs.
SOY
Soy? 😂
It's 75% off till 8-30-22
@@IntegrityGames You're spot on.
I hate that DMV mission. At first I thought 'oh that's kinda funny' but then it got more tedious and irritating than the real DMV.😑😑😑
You need more subs this was great 👍 👌
I can't play 76 for more than 10 minutes every time I try I get bored as hell and turn fallout 4 or 3 back on new Vegas as well but 76 bores my soul
Also what did you get it on?
I bought it through Steam because Game Pass was being difficult
But I originally played on Xbox
Great video! Keep up the good work
So when is the 2nd video?
As soon as I can get around to it
But its not gonna be a Fallout video
@Ahahahahahaa I haven't played it in quite awhile, mainly bc I've just been playing a bunch of other games
We need more
It's an ok game. The game design is really subpar by today's standards tho. It feels like a ps3 game at times.
good video glade it was given another chance and if you want to shoot that gatlen gun faster fire then spam the aim button you will fire faster.
As someone who's been playing since it dropped on Steam, FO76 is nowhere near as bad as it was but it's also nowhere near as good as it should be.
Nowdaysbbut come on...
People who were expecting a proper Pitt dlc would like to talk bud..
All jokes aside Fallout 76 is a decent game for what it is. It’s worth the $10 or so you can buy it at. Or if you’re already a member of GamePass why not. But it’s definitely not worth subscribing to Fallout 1st for.
More, please
good video, part 2?
Not at the moment, planning on doing a video about Stray but I'm in a weird point so it might take a while
Very nice vid. I love 76!
It's okay. Really 'okay', but not great.
Show me a better overall game and I will play it bro
It was bad at the beginning, really bad.
