So this is me getting hurt, first-time seeing the video. Didn't notice he was holding on at the time but makes since. My knee was hyper extended without me noticing when i started the take down and my boots had too much traction for this event. Between the compromised position and lack of turning when our weight hit my knee it dislocated completely, fractured my tibia and snapped my ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL.
Can you explain what happened so we can learn from it? Was he wearing floating leg and it was bent inwards in a fall? Does articulating prevent that from happening?
gotta stop suiciding each other. it is the quickest way to serious, unintentional, injury to the legs. Hate to see it. shit happens because its a contact sport but guys gotta take better care of each other than that when its a friendly event. Miss you bro! Hope you and the family are doing good
You are right most of the injuries are from exactly that too. Doing well given all the Beryl fun, hope y'all are too! Stuff going on but should be back soon.
@@GrantTheKnight We are good came out of the storm fairly clean but no electricity still. You should encourage some of the newer guys to spend a couple of weekends at the Den to help them learn/improve on some of the basic throws. Itll go along way to protect each others knees tbh.

I'm going to try and bring Zoltan in to comment himself on that soon. I didn't only because I don't want to get it wrong.
See the pinned comment.
I couldn’t really tell what happened with the injury? Was it an arm or leg?
Leg, knee. Tons of tears and separation I believe.
