Please email us at marketinginfo.us@blum.com with a little more detail. If the runner setback is correct and the TIP-ON BLUMOTION units are properly set using the front gap template, then there shouldn’t be a closing or opening issue.
Is there anyway to disable the push open mechanism? I want to disable during parties to keep people from accidentally opening the drawers when leaning on my cabinets.
That synchro rod doesn’t do anything on these so far as I can tell. It’s nothing like the heavy duty rod for normal movento glides. It still allows the glides to rack like crazy.
@@BlumInc but don’t understand how to you it. You mentioned a measurement for which side to use but didn’t show what that measurement was referring to. Again I didn’t understand how to use it. I have one drawer even though everything is the same does not have a gap so it doesn’t work. And several and it takes two hands to push to open even though I have sync rods in all of them.
Some of our drawers with tip-on blumotion do do not close properly or open again when closing them. This is very annoying and even after trying several things as shown on the web, no success... We have the L5 black (on 12 drawers)
Hey there - the L5 is for heavy duty drawers, so it will work better for drawers that have a good bit of weight in them. There are other unit options available for lighter drawers.
I have no trouble with push to open, but the soft close requires me to almost throw the drawer. Anything less and the drawer just bounces back. I have two that behave the same way.
Hey there - It does require a fluid push to overcome the spring that opens the drawer, but it sounds like you're having to use abnormal force. There are different units available for different weights of drawers. For example, heavier drawers require a stronger unit. It sounds like you may have the wrong unit on your drawer. Please take some photos of your drawer and the hardware and email them to us at marketinginfo.us@blum.com.
What is a sub front thickness mean? My drawer front is 3/4 inch? I have one drawer that won’t active I have sync rods on all drawers not all open in no matter where I tap. This seems more like rocket science than the average person can handle.
One of my drawers always sounds like something is rubbing, like if a piece of paper was crumpled up in the back and getting ran over every time you open the drawer. I removed the drawer box and noticed that one runner slides much more smoothly than the other. The synchronization rod has also broken on one side because the drawer slides were not moving together since one is smooth and the other is a bit forced. What can I do?
Hey there - You will need to replace the broken synchronization rod. The part for this is: T60L1118W. If the sync rod is not broken, then you will need to check the synchronization adapters, part number: T60.000D
Hi.
I already do the installation but the right side runner isn't working soft close.
Was ok but once i fixed the locking sistem, the soft close stop
Can you show how to adjust it if it isn't closing properly please?

Unfortunately with the TIP-ON BLUMOTION units, there is no way to temporarily disable the feature.
Is it possible to use just one tip on modules on a narrow drawer with movento sliders?
Two modules wouldn’t fit in the space between the sliders
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend using it with just one TIP-ON unit.
@@BlumInc thank you, I wanted to try that in a 24cm wide (internal) cabinet
What to do if it dont close/ luck?

Don’t understand how to use the orange block thing what are the measurements referring too? The thickness of the drawer front? Mine are 3/4”.
What you're seeing is called a Front Gap Template. This piece helps set the 1/8" gap needed between the drawer front and the runner.

Does the Tip-On device work on all Blum slides?
No, the TIP-ON BLUMOTION mechanism is only compatible with our MOVENTO runners.
