  • In this video, I go through every single time that I raced Mount Marathon, the brutal mountain race in Seward, Alaska that gains over 3000 feet of elevation, but is only 5k long. From a soccer player to an NCAA champion, I raced this all through my life. This race was everything to me when I was growing up, and I truly believe that it made me the runner and the person that I am today. I hope you enjoy the journey through the years...I know I did (based on all my lovely facial expressions at the finish line) #AllieOstrander #MountMarathon #Hardest5k
