It shouldn't be. It's a pre-pregnancy photo and no matter how many times she pretends she feels otherwise, she is in deep denial about having a healthier body built for supporting both herself and a baby and is fixated on looking good for the 'gram. Remember the toll it took on her health when she had this old body? She lost her period. This is not normal. Sarah is severely orthorexic and the way so few of her stans see it and only project their ideals onto her does nothing to help her open her eyes to the damage she's doing to herself and begin to heal.
Put a note on your door reminding you to bring your keep cup! Or keep one in your bag or the pram always so you’ll never not have one on you.
Another thing to motivate yourself to remember is next time you go out to get coffee and you forget your keep cup, tell yourself you’re not allowed to get a coffee. After a few times forgetting and not being able to get a coffee you will remember.
Hannah Buckley also, if you’re like me and forget very easily or say you will do it later but never do, when you wash the cup dry it and put it back in the stroller IMMEDIATELY....if it takes less than a minute to do, do it ASAP. That has saved me from forgetfulness and procrastination.
Do I have a Chem final to study for? Yes I do. Am I going to procrastinate that to watch this vlog? Yes I am. 😂

I know it might sound silly but you being so committed to fitness before, during, and after having your baby is serious motivation for me. I've been watching your channel for years and you make working out look so fun so I decided to give it a go. My goal is NOT to lose weight bc currently I am 117lbs and 17 years old but I am trying to stay lean, strong and develop healthy habits. Currently, I am on week eleven and I don't plan on quiting ! I’m embracing my own project comeback of my own! I too am a mama of a little girl who is now a year and a half. One difference though is I’ve never had a fit body type or felt strong. But that’s about to change and I’m documenting all of it! My life needed a change, especially with my daughter watching me as an example. So I’m transforming my entire life! I’m changing everything up from swapping cleaning products, to food, and learning to change my body for a healthy lifestyle.

I am so excited for project come back!! I'm trying to kind of follow along too. After injuring my back and neck I couldn't really do much physically but now I'm mostly healed and ready. I follow a lot of "fitness influencers" and you are BY FAR my favorite. You always are so open about your own experience and it just makes getting started so much less intimidating so thank you for being you!!
I'm currently 7 months pregnant (home stretch baby!) and I'm getting so hyped to get back into intense workouts and have my own project comeback. Thanks for being such a role model and inspiration. I love that you workout because you love your body not because you hate it. Love you!

I just started following your channel and know it's been a year since you posted this, (hence the late comment ) but 1 month after my second son was born I started doing crossfit to get back into shape. Theres no reason any mother should ever have to justify wanting to get back in shape after having a baby. It takes a HUGE toll on your body being pregnant and things shift and move so working out helps you get your motion back . Not just that, but now having 2, it was the only real "me time" I got and every parent needs that once in a while 🤷♀️ On a personal note, Fox (such a stud by the way🤗) was born 1 day after my son Sawyer was born which I think is pretty awesims because I'm now following your channel and love your videos!!!! 😃

I don't know if this makes any sense but I am an og subscriber and I love to hear that on this project comeback you're sore from the gym and that you sometimes don't even complete all of the written exercises because it's just a lot more relatable. In your previous projects comeback I just found it so hard to stay motivated because you were like this super fitness human, with this unattainable goddess-like physique already, who could do so many reps, difficult exercises and never fail so that made myself actually feel worse for not being able to complete your workouts sometimes.

I'm 8 months post OP from spine surgery and I worked out before so definitely trying to get my strength back and I've learned that I just need to be patient and listen to my body haha u inspire me so much!!❤❤

The timeclock between feeds is so real! You're bringing back memories. I nursed my twins for 13 months and even when I had expressed milk for them in the fridge for them, I still couldn't leave for more than 3-4 hours or I'd need to pump! I'm excited to #projectcomeback with you in October after my baby #3 is born! xoxo

ONE thing, just be careful going easy on the abs for the first 2-3 months, when your doing your workout I noticed the abs seem like they haven't quite come back together yet and ab workouts can hinder the process of them returning and coming back close together, so just be mindful of it :) you can lay on your back and flex and ask your husband to check how many fingers he can fit in between in that gap, if it's 2 fingers then go slow :)

I’m due in a month+ n I’ve been following u since before pregnancy. I’m so excited because it seems like we’re going through this journey together. I’ve also been anticipating getting back into fitness since I knew I was pregnant. Right now I’ve lost a lot of muscles in my butt n sitting too long gets really uncomfortable. Moving too much does the same. I only can walk n swim for exercise now... can’t wait to start my own come back!

Currently pregnant with number 2. I'm going to come back to these videos after this pregnancy and when I'm cleared, BIG motivation watching this! I'm going to make it my goal to start exercising properly after this baby. I''m doing light exercise once a week at the moment to introduce my body to it, under supervision of course.
I use to run for something to do, but I stopped because it wasn't interesting. I then started doing some exercises at home on my own, but had no motivation so I stopped.
I''m not unhealthy nor am I concerned about weight, I just want to be strong and fit.
Found you a while ago, while I was on the hunt for Aussie vloggers (hard to find ones with good content with REAL down to earth people) and binged watched your older videos - now I hang out for your new videos each week 😅😱
