I absolutely LOVE these and I'm super picky. One of those pairs that is so much better in hand. I have over 300+ pairs and not a single pair in my collection has the look and feel of this shoe. The panels and colors compliment each other well and scream Fall and Earthy tones, with a rugged NYC East Coast during the Holidays vibe. I somehow escaped all of Season 1 except I copped the marblehead, sea salt and amethyst and I'm just going to say this, after Season 2 drops these will likely be in my top 3.

The only issue I have with these is they don't look like the images on the NB website. The counter lining and top line look like a different color. I still like them

I'm a big fan of olive and I think this colourway is really works well, but like you, I think this is more of a want than a need (for me). I will likely wait for this to go on discount and then buy. If I miss out, then that's fine.
I already have the olive 990v3 from last year; the one with the bright purple N logo; so while this one is a bit different, it’s close enough that it feels redundant. I think I will instead grab a pair of the upcoming “beef and broccoli” 580s to get a similar outdoorsy look.
I grabbed those 580 beef n brocs and maybe I need to wait til fall attire to judge them but not really feeling them. I would much rather have the beef n broc 9060
Debating if I should keep these or let em go I got two other 990v3s the patta and bodegas but these give me bodega vibes so whenever I don’t wanna wear the bodegas I could pull these out and I missed out/ didn’t pull the trigger on any of the Teddy season 1s but every time I look at them in hand I’m tempted more and more to keep them
I wanted them from the moment I first saw them. As soon as they were available on the website, I immediately bought them. However, I was disappointed when they arrived. They look better in the pictures online than in real life. They also seem huge on the foot. I finally returned them
That was the exact opposite for me. I was upset when I won the W because the more I looked at pics the less I was impressed. Once I got them in hand I was honestly blown away. Prob going to remain in my top 5-3 for Season 2.
I’m not mad at this colorway but I’m not a fan of the canvas. I prefer the standard mesh but I respect the use of a different material other than mesh. Excited to see what more colorways Teddy has to offer for this season
Looks like he was trying to give us a military type colorway, or a colorway that would look good on a NB boot. Idk I just don’t like this colorway, especially since it’s a color that would look better between October & December

How breathable are they, comparing to mesh base typical for 990v3? Are they more for autumn/winter?
