It is used in the electronic components industry, mainly for automatic storage and automatic batching of various electronic components (all types of the tray, bag, and box are compatible) in SMT factories. It is applicable to lineside storage, material search, material taking according to the BOM sheet, and material taking in sequence according to the station table. In addition, it is also used for various material managements with large SKU, large quantity and frequent picking and storage.
When loading, materials are put into the corresponding cards in order by tray. By scanning the material label, you can freely choose (or system recommendation) the storage position into storage, and when the storage position sensor senses the material, automatic storage will be finished. The whole process is error-proof, and the two-di- mensional code material rack will be bound correspondently through the material number or two-dimensional code of card position. Interfacing with enterprise’s ERP/MES system, it can achieve lighting guidance, rapid receipt and dispatch of materials. Among them, the inductive electronic material rack can achieve automatic out-bound storage, reducing the scanning material label action when out of the storage.
